Pros:

The breakfast and breakfast staff was great. The room was spacious. The refrigerator in the room was a little bigger than a standard mini fridge.

Cons:

The shower on the hottest setting was luke warm & never heated up, there was no place to hang wet towels are swimsuits, when you looked out the window of our room there was a wall. The front desk staff at check in wasn’t friendly or even nice at all.

Pros:

Nice size room. Lots of hot water for showers after the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage- grandkids didn’t eat anything
Didn’t clean our room despite requesting the day before as they requested us to do.
Homeless near by.

The location & price was spectacular
Pros:

We spent our honeymoon there 25 years ago & wanted to see if it had changed.

This is the third time staying here in a years time. We will back for a fourth!
Pros:

Consistently good service. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. Staff always greets customers with a smile. The manager gave us an extra 2 hours to check out without charge!!

Cons:

The pool area was closed a few days later than anticipated. Requested the room to be cleaned,but it wasn’t cleaned until a day later.

Disappointed in what I paid for what was provided.
Pros:

Parking was easy and not crowded.

Cons:

Lots of broken items in the room, it appeared dirty or barely cleaned and it was just stuffy inside.
