barely acceptable, would definitely never return.

It was very dirty! bathroom looks like it has never been wiped cleaned, toothpaste stain on glass and hair sticker to walls and in basins. Some of my group members room have no door handle on their bathroom door. Lift smelled so bad that you need to hold your breath if you need to use it. Our group of 14 people have travelled across VN for 3 weeks and stayed in numerous accommodation with similar room price, all had the basic amenities of especially clean bathrooms even if it wasn’t luxury accommodation.

Good but not great
Pros:

The location is great. Next to the night market and a short walk to the city center. Also, the staff are super nice, they let us take a shower there after check out because we took a night bus, and they even gave us a towel for that

Cons:

The room was very dirty. The bed sheets and towels had stains and there were bugs and spiders all over the room. The bathroom was very unwelcoming
