Pros:

From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around. A/C issue and they had a guy there 5 min after I checked in to solve issue. Front desk staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will return if attending another Roger’s event 100%

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced my fridge when I mentioned it was leaking water, always asked if I needed anything. Hotel is conveniently located by train and bus, though many things are walking distance.

I really love staying at Comfort Inn & Suites in Edmonton. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is always very clean and well maintained. This isn’t my first time booking here every time I stay, I truly feel at home. That’s why I always choose this hotel whenever I come to Edmonton. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Lobby had a bad smell..
the bar attached to hotel seemed very sketchy, and sketchy people hanging outside the hotel.
Bed was comfy room was decently clean, bathroom needs updated

Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, full of info, and made it easy to get a second room last minute for our friends also later in the night. Location and parking are easy, and a nice 10 minute walk from Roger’s place.
