Pros:

I picked this facility for two reasons. It was close to where I was there for business and it had a bistro/bar for dinner and breakfast. However when I arrived the bistro/ bar for food was not open for whatever reason and was not open the next morning. I came down for coffee at 10:15 and the guy at check out said they had already put the coffee up and it was obvious the bistro had not opened up for breakfast. Everywhere I have ever stayed had coffee out at least. I asked him if he knew of anywhere close by that might offer coffee and he was clueless. Also...the fact that I had to pay $20.00 for one night of parking in a parking lot with plenty of spaces was rediculous. The room was clean and comfortable except it had an adjoining room and I could hear more than I wanted to from the guests in that room. Im not sure I'd stay there again. I noticed several other hotels nearby that I will probably try instead.

It was acceptable.
Pros:

It was a good stay. The elevator needs some upkeep. But the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The location is not terribly convenient. But once you figure it out it’s not bad.

The hotel guests shouldn't be charged to park at a facility that they paid to stay. The hotel should comp the parking.

They overbooked and were moving guests to other nearby hotels. They handled the situation very well.
