Everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable. I loved the interior of the lobby and the room.

The staff were awesome, they moved me from my initial room to a better room upon me advising that there was an issue and were very accommodating. I will definitely come back!

a small fridge would have been nicer.
I picked this facility for two reasons. It was close to where I was there for business and it had a bistro/bar for dinner and breakfast. However when I arrived the bistro/ bar for food was not open for whatever reason and was not open the next morning. I came down for coffee at 10:15 and the guy at check out said they had already put the coffee up and it was obvious the bistro had not opened up for breakfast. Everywhere I have ever stayed had coffee out at least. I asked him if he knew of anywhere close by that might offer coffee and he was clueless. Also...the fact that I had to pay $20.00 for one night of parking in a parking lot with plenty of spaces was rediculous. The room was clean and comfortable except it had an adjoining room and I could hear more than I wanted to from the guests in that room. Im not sure I'd stay there again. I noticed several other hotels nearby that I will probably try instead.
