Great experience!
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, accommodating! The restaurant food was exceptional!! Maria was wonderful!

Cons:

The only thing I will say is we had to park our vehicle outside as it wasn’t big enough to fit underneath.

The Welcome cookie

Cons:

No complimentary water in the room, No slippers. At Hilton Heathrow Airport T4 they had all of that. Two complimentary water bottles are must to have in the room.
