A very comfortable enjoyable stay in a great central location with friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Exceptional hotel, perfectly located and central to everything. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist with any enquiries. The room was a great size, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

One small drawback was the lack of in-room amenities such as a kettle or tea/coffee facilities, as well as basic items like a shower cap or makeup removal kit. While these are available on request, it would have been more convenient to have them in the room.

La dame au resto a été sympa et nous a bien servi

Cons:

La dame à la réception (Fiore) a été orible et … elle a même râlé sur moi lorsque je lui ai posé 2 questions. Ce comportement est inacceptable pour quelqu’un qui travaille à la réception avec les clients.

More hotels should be like this one
Pros:

We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Boston over the years, and so far this one is the best as far as staff goes. They are extremely professional and caring, and that makes our stay so much more comfortable. It makes the things in the rooms that arent great, less important.

Cons:

The bathroom fixtures were a little weird. Toilet was running for a long time but i got it to stop by messing with the back of the tank. And the sink faucet was very loud/squeaky and came on full blast. Minor things that just comes with the age of the hotel. Compared to other places we've stayed in Boston, this hotel was great.

Location is great. Warm cookies at check in. Clean and secure facilities.

Cons:

Our TV didn’t work. Which was fine….we were going to a concert anyhow. They did send an engineer to try and fix it, but could not. They also offered to move us. We were already out for the evening when they made that offer, so we chose to stay in the room. So they gave us breakfast vouchers instead. Very nice, staff were all kind and helpful.
