My stay was good
Pros:

I did not have the breakfast. The location was good relative to South Station (Amtrak). I had one meal there that was good and the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I am slightly handicapped. There were too many stairs to negotiate to reach the lobby, although I did reach the lobby with help. There was no signage to indicate an
elevator from ground level to the lobby, that I found out
about the morning of my departure.

Quality Room, Odd Entrance, Questionable Location
Pros:

Hotel is located on a busy street next to a hospital. You enter into a cluttered entrance area where you need to climb several steps or utilize an elevator to get to the lobby. You then need to walk through the bar and bar tables to get to the front desk. This is not a very welcoming entrance for a hotel. Once we got to the room, the room is clean and well appointment.

It sucked.
Pros:

The location was convenient to restaurants and easy access to highway

Cons:

When I got to my room I realized it didn't have a window shade. I asked the front desk to either put a shade up or change my room. It took 3 hours and moving to 2 other rooms before I ended up in the original room because the other rooms were worse for different reasons. I went from room to room dragging my luggage back and forth and totally frustrated.
