Booking Issue Made Right
Pros:

We chose Embassy Suites Dublin because it was close to our son’s wedding venue. We made our booking thru Expedia a couple months prior to the wedding. We realized a week before the wedding that our reservations didn’t look right. The details are tedious but the point is, we received a call in our room the first night of our stay from the front desk indicating there was a problem with how many rooms and how many nights…….because we booked thru Expedia to save a couple bucks, the Embassy staff’s hands were kind of tied with trying to figure out everything but what they did do was go above and beyond to assure us that they would help in every way to make things right for us on their end. Brey (I’m not sure of the spelling) on 3/7 was calming and helpful. He was great! When we got back from the wedding on 3/8, our key wouldn’t work but a quick trip back to the front desk and they gave us new keys and the nice young lady walked us back to our room to make sure our keys worked. She was so pleasant and I wish I would have gotten her name. All in all we had a beautiful wedding, beautiful weather and a great stay at Embassy Suites Dublin, where the front desk’s customer service was second to none, the way it should be!!

Blood on sheets when arriving hot tub looks very old needs paint this property used to be excellent I have stayed here many years but it looks tired. Needs sprucing up

Perfect Christmas Eve stay!
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect 10 out of 10 from the moment we arrived until departure. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and offered a gift wrapping station complete with wrapping paper, tape, name tags, stickers, etc! We had just picked up a couple extra gifts along the way, so this was perfect! Breakfast was great and a staff member even went table to table to make sure everything was perfect. Room was clean and beds were comfy! Highly recommend this property!

Not worth the money spent. Didn't feel clean after finding the hair.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Probably the only thing that made it worth it.

Cons:

My shower had a huge clump of hair stuck to the wall. I unfortunately did not see it until the next morning when I was getting in the shower. I had complained and gotten 40% off because I had slept there but really feel that I should have gotten a full refund. Very disappointed. Our toilet was also clogged. Maintenance came to fix it on Friday night. Saturday morning it had clogged again and maintenance never came to unclog it so we could not use it all morning.
