Uncomfortable
Pros:

It was beautiful

Cons:

The staff was rude , beside the manager he was kind. Still waiting to hear back from him though. The pool got all of my kids sick due too poor ventilation the pool area was very hot which was nice at first but then it just got uncomfortable and thats when the kids started coughing uncontrollably. The whole hotel was just very warm, I couldn’t sleep I was so hot and I had the ac set to 65 Fahrenheit. I really wanted to love it.

It was exceptional!!
Pros:

We stayed here previously, but everything was as expected. The breakfast offering is more than enough for any person to choose. It was always clean, and room service cleaned our room twice while we were there. I love staying here.

Pros:

Very nice rooms, lots of space. Nice staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area to housekeeping. We only needed more towels and toilet paper, very nice interaction.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room wouldn’t stay cool, was hot, temperature was high 70’s at times. The pool was nice but no towels, do to, too many people. Probably hard to keep up, it was definitely a busy few days.

Good hotel, will return not on a weekend night.

Beautiful hotel, loved lay out of room, comfortable

Cons:

Very very crowded. Pool was dirty and lots of kids running around unsupervised. We had people knocking on our door during the night. Front desk worker was very rude and overwhelmed

Booking Issue Made Right
Pros:

We chose Embassy Suites Dublin because it was close to our son’s wedding venue. We made our booking thru Expedia a couple months prior to the wedding. We realized a week before the wedding that our reservations didn’t look right. The details are tedious but the point is, we received a call in our room the first night of our stay from the front desk indicating there was a problem with how many rooms and how many nights…….because we booked thru Expedia to save a couple bucks, the Embassy staff’s hands were kind of tied with trying to figure out everything but what they did do was go above and beyond to assure us that they would help in every way to make things right for us on their end. Brey (I’m not sure of the spelling) on 3/7 was calming and helpful. He was great! When we got back from the wedding on 3/8, our key wouldn’t work but a quick trip back to the front desk and they gave us new keys and the nice young lady walked us back to our room to make sure our keys worked. She was so pleasant and I wish I would have gotten her name. All in all we had a beautiful wedding, beautiful weather and a great stay at Embassy Suites Dublin, where the front desk’s customer service was second to none, the way it should be!!

Perfect Christmas Eve stay!
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect 10 out of 10 from the moment we arrived until departure. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and offered a gift wrapping station complete with wrapping paper, tape, name tags, stickers, etc! We had just picked up a couple extra gifts along the way, so this was perfect! Breakfast was great and a staff member even went table to table to make sure everything was perfect. Room was clean and beds were comfy! Highly recommend this property!
