Perfect Christmas Eve stay!
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect 10 out of 10 from the moment we arrived until departure. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and offered a gift wrapping station complete with wrapping paper, tape, name tags, stickers, etc! We had just picked up a couple extra gifts along the way, so this was perfect! Breakfast was great and a staff member even went table to table to make sure everything was perfect. Room was clean and beds were comfy! Highly recommend this property!

Not worth the money spent. Didn't feel clean after finding the hair.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Probably the only thing that made it worth it.

Cons:

My shower had a huge clump of hair stuck to the wall. I unfortunately did not see it until the next morning when I was getting in the shower. I had complained and gotten 40% off because I had slept there but really feel that I should have gotten a full refund. Very disappointed. Our toilet was also clogged. Maintenance came to fix it on Friday night. Saturday morning it had clogged again and maintenance never came to unclog it so we could not use it all morning.

No Air Conditioning
Pros:

Nice hotel, but if comfort is important, do not stay here. The air conditioning system will not cool in the winter. Rooms are hot. Common areas such as the fitness room are miserable.

Do not stay here unless you check if the system has been upgraded.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

It took forty-five minutes to get in my room. I had to get three different key cards. I had to go downstairs and wait for the front desk guy to come back to the desk, three different times before getting in my room

Overall we enjoyed it and were happy
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good...lobby was beautiful for christmas!

Cons:

No pool towels when we went so we asked for some and then it took a long time for them to bring some and when they did they were tiny hand towels.
Also a long hair in our rooms mini fridge when I first opened it.

Cons:

I just hated that for such a big hotel, the pool was so small. It was so un enjoyable because there were just too many people in it at one time.
