Great location, clean hotel and extremely kind staff
Pros:

Chose this hotel based off location as we were going to a concert at the Kia Center. Soooo glad we chose the Embassy Suites - so much around that you can walk to and the Kia Center is definitely in walkable distance! Hotel was clean, staff were nice and professional (specially shout out to Tia - she was extremely helpful and kind)
Will for sure stay here again when visiting Orlando!

Location is amazing, bar staff amazing !!!
We really enjoyed the lobby area very clean.

Cons:

however the cleaning staff could do a better job, rooms are dirty, pool area had no towels, when the room was "cleaned" we had no clean towels. when my kids were in the pool, there was ppl getting high not happy about that.

There were only 3 hangers in the closet, I glass drinking glass, the evening reception was only chips, dip, gold fish and snack
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot is across the street and $30. We were disappointed in the appetizer options at the evening reception. It was limited to cold chips, dips and snack mix. There were no hot options. The breakfast had many options.
