Great staff at ho hum hotel
Pros:

The rooms and hotel are dated but clean. My room faced a somewhat busy street. I got to listen to many cars driving by reeving their engines with their music blasting late into the night. What saved them was the staff. Very friendly and extremely helpful. They seemed to really care about the guests. I would consider returning for that reason alone. Also, the food wasn't bad for bar food. I was pleasantly surprised and ate their daily just because of my work schedule.

We were so highly impressed with this place as soon as we arrived we had the most wonderful welcome by James he took great care with checking us in .The suite we had was spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order fresh and tasty..The whole place was wonderful especially the staff .A big giant thank you to James Dain and Tia they are a precious asset to Hilton .We will be back love and hugs Yola and Paul Wilson ❤️ xxx

Excellent hotel & service. Very large suite rooms; two televisions, nice!

Cons:

Everything was great but I could not figure out the shower curtain. It’s on a curve and doesn’t stay closed. I kept flooding the floor.

Perfect location, and spacious rooms make this a great option in Downtown Orlando!
Pros:

The location to the Kia Center (for a concert) was perfect. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and super helpful/kind front desk staff. The parking is also super convenient right across the street.

Cons:

I don't have any notes on what we didn't like, per say. I will state that I think soda should be an option as a "free" beverage during the happy hour. Finding out what drinks were free was an awkward experience.
