Pleasant experience
Pros:

..we had dinner and breakfast and it was very nice. Free car parking was great. Room was very clean .

Cons:

Room was too hot at night and noisy from some system that comes on early morning and off at night...bit small for a family of 4. The location was too far from anything and quite rough looking on the streets...

Good parking, bright reception. Rooms fine.

Cons:

Breakfast staff were quite gruff. Breakfast felt too crowded and not enjoyable. I couldn't reach food as people were queueing for coffees and in the way.

Quick overnight Belfast stay
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff, very handy for city centre and the docks for ferry

Cons:

Dropped ear ring and when moving bed it was very dirty underneath, reported to staff at check out

Pros:

Nice quiet , clean small hotel near the Ulster Museum and Botanic gardens , not far from centre walking distance to everything. Traditional Breakfast included in the price ( buffet) nothing fancy but solid buffet .

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable very hard to sleep on that is only point I did not like. it was temporarily set up for my request that's is the reason. Originally one comfortable double size bed. Better check availability for 2 beds if that's your preference .They did their best to convert that. And thanks for that

Lovely 2 days stay

Excellent short break
Pros:

Great stay for a short break, welcoming staff , nice room and great full breakfast. Nice comfortable lounge area with attentive ,friendly staff. Location and connections to the city and surrounds was good. It was our Wedding Anniversary and the staff had left balloons, a personalised card, complimentary drinks and even decorated our mirror with "Happy Anniversary ". A great surprise that was deeply appreciated.

The beds really bad, the breakfast poor and not enough tables, and constantly empty trays, no forks after no knives...really disappointed

Lovely city break
Pros:

Great location in the Queens Quarter close to bars and restaurants and not far from a hop on off bus stop and the beautiful Botanical Gardens and grand University. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Some of the upholstery and carpets need a clean. Very busy at breakfast on our second day.
