Very disappointing
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Very bad smell from bathroom. Sink seemed to be blocked with water very slow to drain. Breakfast very greasy, poor choice of healthy options, staff disinterested. Double bed on the small side. They are charging a premium price but fail to deliver premium standards on so many fronts.
Local area has also become quite run down with homeless, drug addicts hanging around the area.

Fantastic stay for our Northern Ireland experience.
Pros:

Great to have locked off carparking, close enough to walk into town, really enjoyed having the gym and the breakfast was great. Everything was really convenient for our stay and the staff were all really helpful.

Cons:

Dinner options weren't the best.

Comfortable hotel with free secure parking.
Pros:

The hotel is modern and well located for walking to the city centre. The Botanic Gardens was a short walk from the hotel. The added bonus was the free secure parking at the rear of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I'm already attempting to book for next year.
Pros:

First, staff in all departments were very helpful,, especially Meghan in housekeeping, and there was sufficient staff on duty! Most unusual anywhere these days.

Cons:

The free breakfast was so exceptional, I ate too much.. The location was not perfect but wasn't bad either.
