Pros:

We had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us as close to where we were going and just a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a fried egg.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Halbe Stunde früher einchecken, sowie Koffer am Abreisetag noch deponieren waren unproblematisch. Das typisch englische Frühstück sehr gut. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Room size, restaurant, gym. I stayed here before and it was great. Did not have breakfast, I brought my own, as I am on a strict diet, but I did prepare this in the restaurant. Look like a good selection though.

Cons:

Hair dryer did not work, iron leaked a lot. When ironing shirts for work this was a pain. There were also questionable stains on the bed throw and chair
