Great place for couples and families. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Pros:

In a great location with only 20 mins walk to city centre. Fabulous breakfast to start a busy day of touristing. Parking behind hotel was great. Love the Dove toiletries too.

Cons:

Towels could have been a little bit bigger but still good.

Cons:

I booked a family room, I was told all the rooms were the same size, therefore it was not big enough for a family. It was a cramped room not suitable for two adults and a toddler to stay in together.
The breakfast was the same everyday, no variety or options. No choice of cheese or fruit salad, the bread was often stale or hard, the muffins were cheap and basic. No vegan or vegetarian options no pescatarian option.

Perfect stay in a lovely, clean and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great so close to city centre and a lovely walk on a nice day. Food was also lovely.

Cons:

Nothing, our whole stay was perfect.

A great place to stay where all staff paid attention to detail.
Pros:

I've been in places where there was more choice for breakfast, but there was plenty of food and it was well cooked. The staff made sure everything was topped up, kept everything clean and were pleasant and friendly. The room had everything I needed and was cleaned daily. The location was specific to me as I was working in the area and wanted to be able to walk.

Cons:

Everything about my stay was good, from the friendliness at check in to the calling for a taxi for me when I left. The only tiny point was, could there be more teabags in the room.

Queens university is a nice part of Belfast. Botanic park not far from hotel and plenty of food options coz of students
