Breakfast was cold and pancake machine wasn't working. The location was perfect for our basketball tournament across the street at Fun City.
Bathroom was kind of dirty, fridge didn't work and we wanted to keep our leftover pizza and mexican in there. No tissues in the room. No towels at the pool. No housekeeping in sight. yikes!
$250 for a 1 night stay. Very overpriced for the location and very minimalist decor. Pool closed but no notifications prior to booking.
Staff was very friendly and she kept making fresh cookies while my family was in the lobby. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The hot tub was not working. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I felt a discount should be given for this. The hotel could have emailed before our arrival, so I could have stayed at a different hotel.
Comfy, clean and fresh. I had eggs and pancakes with honey for brekfast and the water was surprisingly good.
I am European and I am not used to people walking in their homes with outdoors shoes on. This will allways bother me somehow even though for a long time I've known it to be a custom here in the USA. And maybe cause if I would do that in Europe I would be scolded by a very angry lady with a mop or a cleaning cloth. That's the only reason for not 4 stars in clean. Everything else was superbly clean, well set and staff was very diligence. So maybe the 3 stars are in my moms honor and to make her proud.
The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable (extra pillows at 10 pm!!!). The breakfast selection was on par with similar hotels, and everything was always hot and full. Clean room, comfy beds, and convenient to the resort. Will stay again!

Inconsistent housekeeping. Two days no refresh to our room. We had to get our own towels and paper goods. No garbage pickup either.
