Over all everything was well.

Cockroach’s and no cleaning

Room had bad smell

Hospitality was great. Hotel upgrades gave it a nice modern look. Room was nice & the bed was comfy.

there was no hot water in the shower.

Enjoyed my stay here.

Barely anyone at hotel, checked into room to find the smell awful, muggy and humid. Front desk said no more rooms available but hardly any cars in parking lot. left at 9pm to go to a different hotel.

TV stations were all blocked, lights wouldn’t turn off and bathroom was still under repairs

Aa far as a Holiday Inn Express goes this is not one of the best. It is a little run down, breakfast was always empty they ran out of food half way through breakfast. Shower rod was broken, curtain was broken. It is an ok place to stay but far behind of what I expect from a HIE property.

Great staff

Our group had 4 rooms total. Although, I realize there is no guarantee that rooms can be together, an attempt was not even made. We asked and the answer was simply, "no". We checked in right at 3 so I would think staff could have at least tried. Out of our group, 3 rooms were were damp feeling and smelled of mildew. Staff that brought bedding to our room was prompt and polite. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

We visited Columbus and stayed at this hotel for one night during. Family trip. We felt very welcomed at checkin by a very friendly staff, she also introduced a local event on the day at courthouse to us as we are first time visitor.
The hotel was clean, quiet, convenient near highway, hope they will add recycle trash bin in the future.
But surprisedly next day when we asked the check out staff if there’s ice venting machine on our floor, she said she doesn’t know you can check on your own. To future visitors to Columbus and Holiday Inn Express at Columbus town, I confirmed on my own that there’s one ice machine on each floor at the very end, obviously this one staff does not represent the quality of service of this hotel, hope you all enjoy your stay and fatalistic local spots!

Everything was wonderful about the property. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so friendly. We were there to cater and event for the weekend, so we were very dirty at the end of the day, but the pressure of the shower was a joke. There is no other way to describe it.

Rooms could use update or renovation.

Room smelled like mildew and no hot water one night.

Property itself was a little outdated but clean beds and bathrooms. There was a slight odor in the elevator - not sure if something was spilled in there or not. The elevator also wasn’t working the first night. Not the worst thing in the world but a little inconvenient. Overall, probably the best/cleanest hotel to stay at directly in Columbus without having to drive any further. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
