La propreté et la proximité des lieux.
Le stationnement était disponible mais il en coûtait $45 / journée. Le prix n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation.

A pochi passi dal waterfront, dal centro storico e dai moli d'imbarco.
Camere ben curate, letti confortevoli e ambienti silenziosi.
Struttura dotata di parcheggio coperto situato proprio a ridosso dell'hotel.
Il parcheggio in loco prevede una tariffa giornaliera separata.
La colazione non è sempre inclusa nella tariffa base della camera.

No swimming pool for the kids.
Het hotel ligt mooi centraal in het stadje.
Eerst een kamer gekregen waar het geluid van de centrale airco zo erg was dat wij daar onmogelijk konden slapen. Na klacht nieuwe kamer gekregen maar daar was van 1 bed de matrashoes niet verschoond en ronduit vuil. Na eerste klacht geen puf voor tweede klacht (was al laat).
The room itself was excellent: very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and even a small kitchenette. The hotel’s location in downtown Kingston is also ideal, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our rate, and the food was tasty.
The balcony was a major disappointment. I specifically booked a room with a balcony because my wife and I enjoy sitting outside in the evenings. Unfortunately, the balcony was extremely small, had no furniture at all, and there were no chairs in the room that we could bring outside. Our room was on the 4th floor, yet a section of the hotel’s rooftop was directly in front of the balcony, completely blocking the view. On top of that, the balcony was dirty — clearly not maintained, probably because most guests wouldn’t want to use it anyway unless they smoke (we don’t).
Breakfast could also use improvement. The selection was very limited, and all three mornings we had exactly the same three options to choose from.
Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Located in the heart of the city. Walking distance from restsurants and places of interest. I will be returning.
