J'y retournerai en espérant que le prix soit ajusté à la baisse.
Pros:

Propreté, personnel parfait, emplacement parfait. Les suivis des demandes spéciales très bien communiquées pendant le processus de réservation et jusqu'à mon séjour à l'hôtel.

Cons:

chambre un peu petite, manque d'espace dans la salle de bain, bruyant dans le hall d'entrée et dans le restaurant. Hall d'entrée trop froid (température). Ces irritants font que le prix est trop élevé pour l'ensemble de l'offre.

My daughter and I enjoyed our brief stay and it perfectly fit our agenda.
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was very clean, nice linens and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Underground parking was under construction, noisy and very dusty.

Bed was comfortable and location of hotel.was convenient. Service was lacking.

Cons:

Room 306 was at beginning of hallway and Room 310 was at end of hallway--rooms not close together as requested.

Ordered egg and bacon breakfast without honefries and with white toast. Eggs came with home fries and no.toast.

2 orders of French Toast: One with bacon. Both orders were cold and the one order did not have bacon requested.

Went to checkout and 4 of us at Front Desk and no one was at the desk for 5 minutes.

Nice place if you don't need any sleep
Pros:

Check in was fine. I explained I needed a late checkout because I was picking my daughter up at Ottawa airport at 1am and had to drive back to Kingston. Everything was fine....until...

Cons:

Requested a late checkout as I arrived to hotel at 3am. Woke up to a hammer drill right beside my head in the next room...3 hours before checkout. Called desk and they told me they would stop it. They didn't. Went on for another 1.5 hours. I couldn't even talk on the phone it was so loud. When I checked out, told the front desk about it but they didn't seem to care.

The location was good.
Pros:

The staff was nice the house keeper were very helpful.

Cons:

The room was warm even the we tried to adjust it. No wifi for the whole day its inconvenient for the guest.
