Die Lage ist zentral aber das ist in Kingston kein Problem da ist eigentlich fast alles zentral. Das Personal war sehr nett konnte aber die Probleme wie beispielsweise eine defekte Klimaanlage auch nicht lösen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit defekter klimaanlage und ich bin mir sicher im Hotel wusste man das schon. Darüber hinaus waren einige Dinge nicht mehr verfügbar wie beispielsweise Orangensaft zum Frühstück. Das dann auch das Duschgel noch ausging naja.

Newly renovated hotel
Pros:

The hotel is newly renovated (1 year ago) and everything smells new. Very good ambience, everything is clean and spotless. Good mattress and pillows. Great location.

Cons:

We thought parking was included in the price since it was literally part of the building. At the reception nobody mentioned that parking was not free while they were issuing us the parking pass. It came as a surprise charge on my credit card the next day. Not cheap at all - $40
