Pros:

Conveniently located this hotel offers everything you need to relax and explore Kingston. We had a great experience from the first moment of interaction. Unloading, the car, checking in, entering the room. We stayed on the 4rth floor, had a large room with king bed, adesk, a large sofa, a balcony. The bedding is great, the bathroom is large, modern and well lit. Tnere is a large gym right on the 4th floor, the elevators are fast. There is also a parking under the building. Shortly, we loved it. And we got a late checkout of 1pm.

Cons:

Nothing

It was lovely and will be our first choice again for next time.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful (everyone from registration to breakfast staff to housekeeping in the halls) a definite good vibe. Location is good and easy to get to. Hotel restaurant food was excellent as was the club buffet. A definite return for us.

Cons:

The internet didn't work and needed attendance. Which was well resolved.
