the bed is comfy, the overall cleaniness. The breakfast is quite good.
There's no sandals available. The water discharge at the corridor water station is super slow.
Excellent location, did not need the car after we arrived. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

There was an event for Queens U going on the 2nd floor and it was loud everywhere. I could hear noise all over the place, not a great place for families with young children. Seems like a party hotel and not suitable for families
The supervisor was mean, rude, and unapologetically enforcing every hotel rule prioritizing revenue and profit over the guest experience.
The supervisor on staff was some middle manager disgruntled woman who did nothing to accommodate making my family stay comfortable. Cot request was declined by her and refunding extra night prepaid was also declined due to strict adherence to policy. Customer experience at this Marriott is secondary to revenue and profit. Parking garage under construction, dangerous, multiple guests complained, probably should be closed but again, $35/night per vehicle is the reason they are putting the public safety at risk. Horrible hotel, will never stay here again. Bunch of greedy, unfriendly staff.

Loud neighbours proved that the rooms had little soundproofing. Corridor light also shone under the door all night, and the heating/ac was loud
Conveniently located, nice room, great staff (had a drink at the bar and our bartender found us dinner reservations at a local hot spot!) Overall a lovely place at a reasonable price.
