Overall, A affordable hotel which is filled with welcoming/friendly staff however cleanliness was below average.
Pros:

+ staff were very friendly and welcoming which created a warming environment for me and my partner.
+ breakfast was delicious with variety of options additionally a free 24hr drink machine and vending machine was convenient!
+ location was good with a sandwich cafe outside and surrounding restaurants which were aprox 20-30mins walks. However the area is significantly loud with constant sirens due to the hotel being close to main roads however this did not impact our sleep at all.
+ well priced.

Cons:

- The room we stayed in was 503, this was laid out nicely however there was many stains on the floors which was unpleasing and felt slightly unhygienic.

Cons:

Une chaleur etouffante dans les parties communes et les chambres
Pas de clim, heureusement nous avions loué une chambre avec terrasse pour faire un peu d'air ( fin juin , premier jour après la fin d'une semaine de canicule)
Pas de frigo pour conserver l'eau au frais, pas de bouilloire non plus ( machine à cafè a l'accueil donc ok

Pros:

Le calme et la proximité (3 km) du Afas Dôme

Cons:

Chose que je n'avais jamais vu et en effet pas dans les descriptifs des équipements de l'hôtel ,un hôtel sans climatisation dans les chambres au 4 iem sous les toits ,un cagnard ,par chance un ventilateur.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zwischen Altstadt und Hafenviertel. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Da das Hotel in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses liegt, muss man nachts gelegentlich das Martinshorn hören.
