Prima verblijf; voor een basic accommodatie is het zeker voldoende.
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst mochten we onze koffers al op de kamer neerzetten, ook al was de kamer zelf nog niet klaar, wat erg prettig was.

Hoewel de kamer zelf vrij klein was, beschikte deze over een groot balkon waar het heerlijk vertoeven was.

Cons:

De kamer was erg gedateerd en had een systeemplafond met slechte verlichting. Daarnaast spoelde het toilet niet goed door en liep het water in de doucheput slecht weg. De kamer was bovendien erg gehorig en vrij klein, met weinig kastruimte. Ook zaten er vlekken in het dekbed.

Ook het ontbijt viel tegen; het was vrij summier en er was weinig keuze.

Kortom, voor een prijs van €658,53 voor drie nachten, inclusief parkeren, lagen onze verwachtingen wel wat hoger. Desondanks hebben we erg leuke dagen gehad en hebben we een prima verblijf gehad.

Jaarlijks terugkerend bezoek aan Antwerpen
Pros:

Ligging vlakbij de Kaai waar we voor gingen ivm festival in de Waagnatie.

Cons:

Prijs/comfort is behoorlijk aan de hoge kant. Kamer is ok, maar kan beter. Kapotte lamp oa. gemeld maar deze is in 4 dagen verblijf niet gemaakt.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel im Hafen, super netter Empfang
Pros:

Personal war super freundlich, wir konnten um 12 uhr schon früher einchecken, es gibt 24 hour Kaffee und Wasser gratis, das Hotel ist gemütlich und nicht zu gross

Cons:

Hier und da könnte renoviert werden wie bei den Badezimmern, aber es erfüllte alles seinen Zweck und war sauber

Séjour agréable mais...
Pros:

La propreté, le calme, les serviettes & le lit confortable. J’ai adoré prendre de bons bains chauds le soir après une journée de visites bien remplies. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. J’ai apprécié pouvoir prendre une boisson chaude à tout instant grâce à la machine à café dans le hall d’accueil. Enfin, la sympathie des réceptionnistes a été un vrai plus.

Cons:

Le stress intense que j’ai subi une semaine après ma réservation, avec une augmentation du prix multiplié par trois. L’hôtel m’a toutefois offert une remise de 25% ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Heureusement, Booking a pris en charge la différence de prix. C’était un bon rapport qualité-prix après cette prise en charge, mais l’hôtel & le petit-déjeuner restent beaucoup trop chers au prix initial. L’hôtel s’est trompé : je n’avais pas de baignoire dans ma chambre le premier jour, contrairement à l’annonce sur Booking, ce qui a nécessité un changement de chambre. L’hôtel s’est excusé, expliquant que les clients doivent se manifester au check-in pour choisir entre douche ou baignoire. Enfin, l’emplacement n’est pas exceptionnel par rapport au centre touristique et à la gare centrale ; je m’attendais à mieux, vu la fierté de l’hôtel à mettre en avant cet argument.
J’en profite également pour signaler que le remboursement de la différence avec Booking a été un véritable parcours du combattant. Malgré l’envoi de la facture & de mon RIB, cela a été un vrai calvaire de recevoir le remboursement à temps, comme prévu.

Good Overnight stay
Pros:

It was a nice Hotel. parking aroundis notfor free but there option to book a garage or stay in an offical garage and the Hotel personel is helpful and explained the process very well.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het ziekenhuis. Er komt regelmatig een ambulance met luide sirene aan voorbij. Dit kwam onze nachtrust niet ten goede.

Super goed
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, die zelfs mee liep naar de parkeerplaats garage omdat we de ingang niet konden vinden na 4 rondjes om het gebouw zijn gereden 🤣🤣🤣🤣 we hebben echt gelachen.

Hotel kamer de 505 was goed voor ons , lekkere bedden en heel schoon.
