Me and my husband, mother in law and father in law step son and friend stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was a lovely reporting. The 2 bedroom is extremely spacious and convenient and the view of the water was beautiful. The shuttle to and from airport is super helpful and also they have a port to the port of Miami for cruise for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this location for a pre cruise trip.

The pictures on Booking.com did not match the location. The pictures were actually of a different location. I called Booking.com and the customer service was awful! I will never use Bolking.com again. Not only did the pictures not match, it was in an unsafe area of the city.

The driver, Yuri was great. They were working on one of the elevators, which has been the case the last 3 times we have stayed there.
Excellent stay, shuttle to airport was very pleasant. Kudos to the shuttle driver who was very kind.

L'espace cuisine très correct et bien équipé.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et très complet.
Gros point positif à souligner: le staff! Que ce soit à l'accueil, à l'espace petit déjeuner (un monsieur qui aime pratiquer son français lorsqu'il vous croise), ou dans l'équipe entretien, tout le monde était adorable!

Very comfortable 2-bedroom suite. Free breakfast. Quiet, safe location. Very clean room. Shuttle was arranged by hotel and got us to the cruise port in about 30 minutes. Take the earliest shuttle you can… after 9:30 traffic becomes heavy. Construction at tunnel/bridge can get backed up for over an hour and a lot of Uber and Lyft drivers don’t want to sit in traffic.
Stayed in April before a cruise and this hotel was great! Stayed in a 2 bedroom with family and rooms were large and comfortable. Room had 2 kinds with separate bathrooms full kitchen and living space. Staff helped with booking the best shuttle to the port! Everything was simple and well planned by the hotel. Free breakfast was great also and a nice add since we had to leave early.
My only recommendation would be to repair elevators. They had 1 down and the other was extremely slow.
goede locatie van de hotel waarbij ook een mooie uitzicht vanuit het raam, dichtbij het vliegveld en bezienswaardigheden en winkels etc. waarbij je snel met uber kon gaan, en kon makkelijk naar paar restaurants lopen die ook in de buurt van de hotel was.
de onbijt buffet had beter gekund was heel klein plekje met niet veel keuzes waar je uit kon kiezen.
alleen jammer dat de ramen niet geluiddicht waren kon vluigtuigen soms horen opstijgen of landen.
