Excellent Service
Pros:

Yuri was our shuttle driver back and forth between MIA airport and the hotel. He was very polite, helpful, and kind. He speaks at least two languages and helped an elderly Spanish-speaking woman who wasn’t sure which gate she needed to go to. He is an asset to the Homewood Suites Blue Lagoon hotel!

I’m not familiar with Miami. I chose this location because it was conveniently located between the airport and the cruise terminal. We were able to walk to dinner and had many different choices. It was a short Uber drive to a pier that offered shopping, restaurants,
And outdoor venues with live music. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Although they didn’t offer early check-in, they did store our bags while we explored the area. There is airport noise due to the location but it’s manageable. And they have a good breakfast with lots to offer. I would stay there again.

Everything was exceptional !!!
Pros:

Quick shuttle from the airport The room was very quiet, I slept GREAT We all Loved the Breakfast :) I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Miami Also a Great shuttle to the Cruise port. Loved the view of the lake from our room. Kids also watched the planes take off :)

Overall very pleasant and friendly
Pros:

Jorge was very pleasant and patient with us. We were upset because we thought we weren’t being picked up by the hotel’s shuttle. Turns out, we were waiting in the wrong location. He was still so understanding and nice.

Excellent option, close to Miami Airport
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the airport. The free shuttle worked very well and was punctual.
Our room (a king suite) was excellent, comfortable, clean with a lot of space. Breakfast was very good too!
