Great location, comfortable place.
Bathroom felt a bit deteriorated and elevator was very slow.
Nicely renovated, clean, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast!
Offered breakfast
Bathrooms in the rooms are not up to date.
Very kind and attentive staff and comfortable stay
Love the room layout! Very fancy and cute
Great location, very clean. There was currently construction going on, but they kept everything very clean.
Just a little bummed at the timing of our arrival, it was right when they were painting the exterior near the pool so the pool was closed
This was a great hotel perfect location of staining amenities and facilities. The breakfast was very good for a hotel. We’re highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Disney.
Everyone on the staff was polite and professional, rooms were clean, everything about this stay was great
Spent 4 nights and got to enjoy it all, very clean, and breakfast is yummy!
Bed is hard for my liking. Nice modern room. Great friendly staff. Clean establishment.
Very dirty the toilets and general room . Bed sheets, Housekeeping needed to be improbved toilets and hair around the room . bath tub was full. Sheets all open douvets,
Reception team friendly but not efficient. Cleanliness. Staff at restaurant were amazing,
Room accommodation and customer service were excellent
Breakfast ends too early, even when I went between 8-8:30 am most of the food was gone and not restocked.
The pool was closed for multiple days on our stay and it was one of the reasons we choose the hotel. Called and asked for trash bags twice and never got them. Shower was complicated to use. Water was turned off for a few hours.
I booked 3 rooms through a third party site since it was way cheaper than booking on Hilton directly. I have used this third party for years and never had an issue. The morning of my arrival, I got a call from an agent saying that the Hotel was questioning why I had three rooms booked in my name and was going to to cancel since they were duplicate bookings. I of course confirmed that they were needed and provided the names of the people staying in each room. I got follow up email and call from the third party reps and they said the hotel would not guarantee the rooms. Upon arrival, I was told I only had one room booked. I could tell that the two women who worked at the front desk were uncomfortable and trying to explain that they didn’t see them in the computer, but admitted that one of the other names I provided had been in their system earlier. I ended up having to find two other rooms at the Hyatt Regency across the street and I stayed here. I was coming in for a Convention and I believe that the hotel manager/owner cancelled my rooms to book rooms at a higher rate. I got these rooms for $159 and when I checked the Hilton app they were listed at $450 per night. The front desk told me I should go ahead and book at that rate and talk to the manager in the morning. I don’t think so! I was busy with work, so I didn’t even go back to speak to a manger. We got other rooms anyway. Onto the actual hotel, they were still not finished with their remodel as it said would be completed on their website. The lobby was in shambles and the elevator barely worked. The rooms have been remodeled, but they toilets wouldn’t stop running until you jiggle the handle, the shower was barely luke warm and overall just a cheap remodel. I’d say 6 out of 10 for cleanliness. There was no iron or ironing board and the old iron they brought to the room had those burn marks on the bottom that would ruin a shirt if you tried to iron with it. I am a Marriott guy, but lately have been giving Hilton a try and been pretty impressed. This experience put me right back into my Marriott lane.
This hotel was adequate for our needs. However, the breakfast crew was amazing. Jigna, Kusmiyati and Roy ran things so smoothly. In the morning you were greeted with a smile and good morning. Items were replenished without asking. The counters, tables, chairs were cleaned over and over. Garbage was emptied and not allowed to overflow. They did not rest for a minute while people were there. After breakfast, if you walked by, you would see them cleaning so that everything was spotless. Hilton is lucky to have such friendly, efficient and professional employees.
