Great beach location, well maintained rooms and beautiful spacious grounds.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was absolutely horrible. So under staffed both in the evening and morning breakfast that was included. Felt so so sorry for the waiters who were trying their best but just so understaffed. Spoke to management about it, but could tell nothing will come of it. Notified corporate and was
Promised 20,000 rewards points which never showed up in my account.

The seating areas around and outside the pool were very beautiful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast service was decently priced for the amount of food you got with how much the rooms are nightly it would be nice for it to be included at no charge.

Cons:

The website said that it was a 500 feet walk to the beach that is the reason I booked this place not knowing the location too much and researching a lot this one came up but it doesn't mention that it is to the cliff of the beach not the beach itself, otherwise you have to walk through a campsite to get to one side of the beach with a lot of steps or to the entrance that is at the bottom of a hill so kind of hard for people with walking limitations especially since you either have to get up very early and find parking or later at night because there was never any spots to drive. It was a little disappointing to pay the amount they charged for word salad on the website.

This is our third time staying at the Hilton. We love the location and the staff. Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant is less than favorable. That is the only downsize to staying at the Hilton.
