Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location / oceanfront
Very helpful and friendly staff (multiple named mentions)
Clean/comfortable rooms reported by many guests
Good pool and beach access
Free water / convenient location
Cons:
Cleanliness issues for some guests (mold, dirty rooms, foul odors)
Billing/overcharge incidents reported
Limited food options; F&B sometimes runs out
Room maintenance problems (old beds, AC vent issues, broken items)
Pool area dated; hot tub/amenities occasionally nonfunctional

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness, but multiple serious complaints (visible black mold, dirty rooms, foul odors) reduce the score below target.
Service
10
Consistently positive: numerous mentions of helpful, friendly staff and individual praise (Nolan, Alison, Sky) support a top score.
Location
10
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent/oceanfront and convenient to the beach; overwhelmingly a strong positive across reviews.
Room Quality
7
Mixed to negative specifics: reports of old/tired beds and mattresses, AC vent falling with exposed mold, slippery bathtub, broken items — quality issues lower this category.
Amenities
9.5
Generally good amenities cited (pool, oceanfront access, free water), though some guests noted the pool area felt dated, hot tub cold, and lack of a changing room.
Value for Money
7
Several guests questioned value due to overcharging incidents and statements that price was not worth a one-night stay; lowers the perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Mixed but generally positive: some guests enjoyed the food while others noted limited options and occasional early depletion of coffee/tea; overall acceptable.
Overall Experience
8
Overall impressions are mixed: many guests report very positive stays (staff, location), but recurring cleanliness and billing problems tempered the overall score.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a great location for a short stay.
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, but we had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very good location close to the beach.

Cons:

The pool area felt a little dated and could benefit from some renovation.

Jól éreztük magunkat, mert családias, kedves a hotel.
Pros:

Kedves, családias, kényelmes hotel.
Finom ételek, tiszta környezet.

Cons:

Nice place, need better book keepers
Pros:

Great pool, clean rooms, nice staff. Location was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel charged my card 4 separate charges for 4 different people's reservations (each charge was $450+, $648, and some $800+ charge) The charges were refunded but the staff lied and said it was jsut ghost charges to test the validity of the card but i have never had a hotel make that many charges for those amounts. It was over $2,000 in charges.

Nice, until I discovered the mold.
Cons:

On the last morning I was there, the AC vent fell off the wall, took some wallpaper with it, and revealed visible mold growth.
