Pros:

Location to boat museum

Cons:

Although assured if we ordered quickly (as there was a wedding reception) our food didn't arrive until over the hour. They accepted we shouldn't pay but one meal wasn't very nice. The double glazing in the bedroom was steamed up so it was difficult to see over to boat museum

Lovely staff, let down by housekeeping and car parking
Pros:

Lovely staff, all really friendly and focused on the customer. Soft drinks prices good for a hotel.

Cons:

Carpet and chair in my room were filthy. Bath had a ring of black mould on the sealant. Cutlery and menus also not properly clean. Bed was not the most comfortable-hard but sunk in the middle. Unless you are really lucky and get one of a few parking spaces by the door parking was quite a walk away and didn’t feel safe.

Great staff, ideal location if visiting Chester zoo.
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast, clean room and a good location. We visited Chester Zoo and this hotel is a short drive to the zoo and quick access to the motorway. The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel.

Pros:

The staff here were so kind and helpful. After booking, they were efficient at helping us book swimming and then the service we received on arrival was great. We booked to eat in the restaurant and the addition of colouring for our children was greatly appreciated! At breakfast the next morning, we were greeted by a super helpful and polite employee who was wonderful with our children, even offering them food to feed the ducks! Beds were comfy, the room was spotless and the pool was so warm!

Nice family stay with leisure facilities and breakfast included
Pros:

Convinient, clean, affordable
Enjoyable and lovely surroundings, staff were really nice and friendly, breakfast was good and children were given some food to feed the ducks which was lovely, also offered vegan options
