Convenient property. Staff were excellent and very helpful and wanting to make my stay the best it could be.

Don't stay no customerservice
Pros:

They cancelled my booking despite me asking for a disable room. They lied to me that the hotel they moved me to had disabled faculties. As it was late at night I ended up having to stay and struggled up the stairs with a damaged hamstring!! .

Liarers, poor customer service
Pros:

Nothing they bumped me from my booking on the 23 rd March when I came to check in because another guest had a problem with their room. I had specifically requested a disabled room. They then lied to me booking a room in another hotel supposedly disabled friendly. They have no lift and the room was on the top second floor you could get no higher! Due to it being late I had to struggle up the stairs!!

Cons:

The manager lied to me and bumped my room to another guest. Customer service useless and couldn't get in touch with the hotel to speak with manager direct!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Decent location, good sized room, superb breakfast and fantastic staff

Cons:

Pillows were either too hard or too soft and the bath was very narrow with a handrail that you banged your arm on when taking a shower
