Great hotel with a personal touch.
Pros:

Good parking, nice views (considering the area), comfy beds, clean room. good breakfast, EXCEPTIONAL staff. Warm and friendly from the minute we arrived. Absolute heroes when our JustEat takeaway didn’t arrive. They sorted us food from the hotel, rang the restaurant for us and even gave us complimentary drinks (Sam was a star!). The staff really went above and beyond to help me and my son, their customer service was exceptional.

Furniture a little dated but perfectly clean.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Just my last day i was to check out at 12 noon, and the lady who was cleaning wasn't aware so she came to disturb my sleep.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Perfect location, very clean hotel. Staff went above and beyond for us as a large group with lots of kids. Very accommodating and welcoming

Cons:

We loved everything, we just wished we could have stayed longer. But we will hopefully get the chance the return in the future
