The resort has great facilities but the room needs updating and the bathroom needs a deep clean. Hotel staff are friendly .
The location is truly beautiful and offers a serene atmosphere, along with a variety of activities available on the property. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement regarding the dining options. There appears to be a limited selection of meals, and there have been instances of beverages being unavailable. Additionally, the absence of ice has resulted in warm drinks. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Located very conveniently in Naama bay. Sister resort Jaz Ferouz is across the road (you can use their services and beach if you are staying in either)
Pedestrianised Qabos street only 10 minutes walk where lots of shops and restaurants. Buffets good though bit repetitive.
Probably the best location.

Alcuni utenti della reception rigidi, ma cercano sempre di risolvere ogni problematica.
Animazione presente, non invadente. Cercano sempre di farti sentire parte della loro grande famiglia, in particolare Tiger, Mody e Kadija.
Stay was ok, nice main pool. Waterpark access for free plus beach access from a sister hotel. Staff (apart from one small pool) weren’t super helpful and the main bar was almost unwelcoming to us. But all in all good value. Our first room was not clean and very run down but a swap was facilitated quickly.

Hotel was okay. Rooms could do with an upgrade and the pool could do with more shade. Most annoying problem of the holiday was the kids near swim up bar, at all times it was so busy and not enjoyable for this it should be adults only near the swim up bar!

The resort was excellent! Great loaction..excellent on site facilities. The food was full of varieties. One downside was the lack of vegetarian dishes..otherwise all in all was very very good!
Overall, the property was very well kept. Furniture was a bit dated but clean and comfortable.
Food was okay. As expected from a buffet style meal prepared for a lot of customers.

The resort is a bit threadbare, the rooms were spacious, but in need of repair. The property has all of the essentials. The food was copious, but mediocre in quality. The beach access was easy, staff were very accommodating. Internet was intermittent and slow.

This staff member ensures happiness is not a destination it’s a method of life. She really does make a huge difference in a positive way to the running of your hotel. Her smile, her attentiveness, her care is unfounded and real. She has a busy role in your organisation, but finds time to take care of all the guests needs. I worked in hotel and catering for over 10 years, and to find an employee like Alesia is very difficult.
My recommendation would be to keep her, look after her and allow her growth within your organisation as more senior posts become available. She will give you, the employer and your customers her all. Without a doubt she is made for management.
