Pros:

Walking distance to the mall. Staff was amazingly friendly especially the breakfast lady on Saturday. So sweet!

Save yourself the hassle
Pros:

I had a reservation from Aug 12 to 16. Later had to modify it to arrive on the 13th. I called the hotel and they said to call Booking.com..I did. They said they had to ok the change with the hotel and put me on hold. Came back to say all was set with the hotel and sent me a new confirmation email with the dates. Arrived at the hotel and the shift manager had canceled my reservation. He alleged that since I didn't show up on the 12th, they charged me, assumed a no show and canceled the rest of my reservation. I had reserved MONTHS ahead for parent move in weekend at college. Since Mr. Randy Powers canceled my reservation, he blamed it all on Booking.com. he said third parties are 90% of their problems and 10% of their revenue. While there, at least 3 times he complained of people using third parties, which makes one feel extremely uncomfortable. If you don't want people using such services , then don't contract with them. Period. Don't make people feel bad for using them. We had reserved a suite with two double beds and a sofa for our family of 5. Since they canceled our reservation without notice, Mr. Powers offered us the only room he had left, a king bed with a sofa no one wanted because it was damp and moldy. He said some people can smell it but some can't. We checked out the room out of our desperate situation after driving in from Florida and were exhausted. The smell was overwhelming. Disgusting. I declined and went next door to the mall to sit in AC and try to find an alternative while my family waited, looking at me scrambling, exhausted to remedy the situation. It was a horrible experience and I will never use Booking.com again for anything. The hassle isn't worth it.

Cons:

Musty room offered after they canceled our reservation and claim Booking.com messed it up.

Good, would return.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The hotel overall was nice. There was someone always at the front desk. The hotel room was clean.

Cons:

There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. I called the front desk right away and made them aware. Randy came to the room right away and tried to remedy the situation. We decided to stay in that room and he did offer a free beverage but we forgot to get before leaving. The remedy became putting a towel to dampen the sound of the drip agains the shower floor.

Amazing hotel for the price, highly recommended!
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel with incredible staff! Wight when you walk in, you see the plantation-style mill work, welcoming lobby, a beautiful dining area and are greeted by incredibly helpful staff. This was one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at and will gladly come back here just to stay at the hotel again.

The breakfast is included in the price of the room and it was ample with a lot of variety.

Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms weee large abs well stocked.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great quality, amazing staff, very comfortable when driving cross country this was a welcome respite!
Pros:

Super clean, quiet, staff was kind and courteous. Very accommodating! Beds were super comfortable!

Cons:

Loved it all. Would’ve liked to have had a shower head that could be used as a handheld, but that was so minor. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in the last 10 years. Keep it up!!

The Staff was amazing, everything else fell short. For the price I was super disappointed
Pros:

We really enjoyed the staff, They were all so amazing, super friendly and polite with every interaction. Breakfast was subpar but it was nice to have different options everyday. One hot box daily that offered an Egg option ( one day was scrambled, one day was an omelet, one day was an egg white omelet.) A meat option, Typically Sausage. and the third option was a biscuit one day with gravy, French toast one day, potatoes one day. They always had mix to make a hot waffle, yogurt, fresh apples and bananas and cereal as other options.

Cons:

The Bed was horribly uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well the 4 nights we visited. The Air conditioner was also an issue, it worked great but it sounded like it was going to shuttle us to space every time it kicked on, it was so loud. When I did fall asleep I was awoke to that terrible noise every time it kicked on. The location, was also not the best. There is a hotel being built right down the street and the roads are terrible leading to this hotels entrance. They obviously can't control that, but just a heads up to travelers, the road is rough and the parking lot here is small and has limited spaces and only has one way in and out.
