From the moment you arrive, parking is free and within the facilities. At the front desk, only one employee works and when he leaves for lunch, etc., no one attends the front desk. The room is small, although it says it is a suite and needs remodeling. The bathroom is dirty, it is not very clean and needs remodeling. It has hot water... There is no entertainment at the hotel, it is only good for going to rest.

We didnt realize our room had a small kitchen & living area, so that was a nice surprize. Room was clean , hotel was nice and clean as well. However we did notice a musty smell after the first night. turned up the ac but that didnt help.

I've always loved the location of this property. However, the rooms need updating. The room had a damp smell, and I had to buy Lysol as something irritated my allergies. Sheets didn't feel clean, and I saw Ants. PLease upgrade the rooms, especially the suites.

About a quick 5 minute Uber ride from the Dolphin Mall. There was minimal staff at this property but they were very nice and always helpfull. The hotel is quite new so everything was nice, just a little wear and tear here and there. We stayed in a suite, we liked it! There is a McDonalds/Denny’s about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The property is right by the highway but you don’t hear any noise. Would stay again
