Great Hotel In A Great Location..
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both times were great. I love the location because it's right across the street from a shopping center that has a grocery store, restaurants and Burlingtons. They offer free breakfast, free airport shuttle and a shuttle to the Port of Miami for a small fee.

Un motel fait mieux en terme de qualité

Le personnel très gentil, agréable à l’écoute le seul point positif

Il y a beaucoup de choses à dire. Et pas en bien. Premier point j’ai demandé un lit bébé durant ma réservation booking, j’arrive sur place je le spécifie à la réception et nous partons dîner avec mon mari à 20h30 à notre retour le lit n’est toujours pas en chambre. J’appelle la reception qui fait envoyer un lit qui arrive rapidement mais au moment de le monter on se rends compte qu’il est cassé. On demande un deuxième lit qui lui aussi avait un soucis on a fini pas réussir à le faire tenir après 15mn d’essais. Durant le séjour mon fils et moi même nous nous sommes coupés sur la moquette dans notre appartement. Comme si nous avions marché sur des petits bouts de verres. L’appartement quant à lui n’avait même pas de planche à découper et très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine. Le matin mon fils a été réveillé par un monsieur qui nettoyait les vitres. Je ne parle même pas de l’odeur de drogue dans notre couloir d’appartement super pour un enfant de deux ans. La piscine était froide et le jacuzzi beaucoup trop chaud. La seule chose qui sauve les meubles sont les employés qui eux sont top le reste c’est à fuir

It was okay. Will be hesitant to stay again.

The breakfast was good for the kids. It was plenty of stores and food places nearby to walk to.

That i booked months in advance for a good price and when I showed up I was told y'all double booked and no longer had my room and tried to charge me double what I paid for the room initially which was a huge inconvenience after flying all day to get there.

It met the purpose for one night transition to the cruise.
