Es fantástico. Me sentí muy a gusto y lo tomaré como mi primera opción para volver.
Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo su ubicación muy cerca al aeropuerto y muy conveniente por su cercanía al supermercado Publix, MacDonads, Burger King y Pollo Tropical. Muy buen desayuno buffet en un comedor muy agradable. Habitación amplia y muy confortable. Su servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto es muy útil para poder tomar el Metrorail y conocer la ciudad de Miami. También está muy cerca a paraderos de bus.

Cons:

Las cajillas de seguridad son un poquito incómodas por su posición vertical.

Very good. Will stay there again when in Miami.
Pros:

We arrived early and were allowed to use the pool while the staff stored our luggage.
All the staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very good.

Great customer service.
Pros:

Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon never dissapoints. We stay here several times a year, pre and post cruise. Clean rooms, great pool, great breakfast, and the best front desk staff. Shout out to Giovanni. He always makes sure we have everything we need, he is so helpful making our shuttle reservations, and he is a wealth of knowledge about anything Miami. Tonight he helped us with transportation to the train station. Giovanni is the reason we come back time and time again.

Great place to stay before a Miami cruise
Pros:

We stayed here pre-cruise. The experience, from transport pickup at the Miami airport (Jorge gave a great tour on the way to the hotel) to the greeting we received by Giovanni at the front desk to the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the breakfast the next morning was great.

Hampton goes above and beyond
Pros:

We flew into Miami for a cruise and stayed at the Hampton. The rooms were clean but average. However, what stood out was the AMAZING staff!! From the time we checked in until we checked out everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Giovanni from the front desk even texted to make sure we were good. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice and had an assortment of continental items. My husband doesn’t eat ham so between Nora, Karelia & Yaima, he had his special order of eggs that were absolutely delicious. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and close to the cruise port and it turned out to be a wonderful choice.

Pros:

Na dobrém místě, kousek od letiště, káva a čaj na recepci zdarma, naproti velký supermarket, lékárna 24h. Přespal jsme jen jednu noc mezi příletem a odjezdem pryč z Miami, delší dobu bych v tomto hotelu nebydlela, má ideální polohu pro další cestu.

Cons:

Hotel nemá aktualizované pokyny pro shuttle bus, takže jsme po letišti běhali tam a zpět, protože na místě, které poslali písemně v mailu, bus nestaví. Takže nám jeden ujel a na další jsme čekali více než hodinu, zatímco autobusy ostatních hotelů se za tu dobu protočily 3-4x. Do hotelu jsem volala 5x, kde je autobus, ale nikdo mi neřekl, že jezdí je jednu za hodinu, v pokynech byla "na zavolání".

Nice place for pre-cruise stay.
Pros:

Nice place with a friendly staff. The location is perfect for a pre-cruise stay. There are several restaurants nearby. There is also a supermarket, a drug store and a liquor store across athe street.

The beds are are comfy and rhe breakfast is nice. You can book a shuttle to the ship for a reasonable price.
