Great, will be back when we visit Miami again.
Pros:

Our room was excellent, spacious with separate bedroom, small kitchen, wonderful view of blue lagoon. Also, shuttle service to cruise port. We have stayed at your hotel many times in the past.

Cons:

One improvement you could make is in the pool area, seating and lounge chairs with better cushions.

Very good place to stay prior to cruise.
Pros:

Close to airport and walkable to several places to eat. Juan was shuttle driver and gave us lots of advice. Staff very friendly and even offered room upgrade. Room very nice and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Always Awesome!
Pros:

This is my second time staying here prior to a cruise! Staff is super nice, friendly and always go above to ensure a great stay! Shuttle service from Miami airport is easy. On cruise day for a small fee, there is a third party vendor who provides shuttle service to cruise terminals. Walking distance to drug and grocery stores, Burlington for any items you forgot and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Will always be my first choice b4 cruising.

Nervous but impressed
Pros:

My family stayed at the Blue Lagoon location for the night before our cruise. We had never been to Miami and was a little nervous, but was very impressed after we arrived. Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Although you are charged an additional parking fee if you have your own car to park in their parking garage, which was worth it to me. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to the Miami Port on a Saturday morning thru the tunnel with no construction work being done that day.

Great hotel for pre cruise stay
Pros:

I am a solo clean freak. I had a king room facing the airport. This place is super clean and quiet. The bathroom was very clean. The bed is firm, but a very comfortable firm. The sheets are clean, crisp cotton. The staff is kind and wonderful. If you get Jessica at the front desk you won the prize. She was amazing in every way. This place is great if you are joining a cruise or need to stay for a few days. Here is something to be aware of……the airport shuttle only runs once an hour at the top of the hour. Period! My flight was delayed five hours and arrived at 10:15pm. I had to wait a for almost an hour even though the hotel is 7 minutes away. Not sure why they only run one an hour. I saw every other hotel shuttle at least three times. Uber is not cheap. At the time I was there it was coming in at $50+ for the short ride. Be very aware of this. I would totally stay here again. Breakfast is standard Hampton breakfast.
