Outrageous cost for no pool, no access to ocean, no hot tub. Dirty floors clean bed. Did not say anything about no use of things prior to renting.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The only thing good about this property is the location

Cons:

It was dirty. There was hairs all over in the shower. Mold was super bad. Every ice machine in there is broken besides one I think. Very limited parking so you have to park across the street and run through heavy traffic. Hot tub was broken not sure what was wrong with it. Looked like they were making some kind of potion.

Good price, but other hotels are much nicer!
Pros:

The room was clean. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Check-in was at 4pm. When we tried to check in at 6:30pm, we were told that our room wasn't ready. Upon asking to speak to the manager, we were told that no manager was on duty, despite the sign saying otherwise. The hotel is listed as "oceanfront", yet our room was certainly not oceanfront and did not contain a balcony. The parking was very limited as much was under construction and many were parked illegally, creating issues in the lot.

Not a very good one will never stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Plenty to select from the food was good.

Cons:

There are a lot of things, no access to the beach, filthy pool, cracks in the pool, dirty surroundings. Hallways, dirty carpet, dirty, no Room Service for three days i.e. trash, towels, we had to ask for toilet paper. Paying for inadequate parking, never will stay there again.

Pros:

The room view was as expected, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were not notified in advance or even at check-in that they did not have direct access to the beach because the gate from the pool area was closed as well as their back parking lot. We had to walk down the street for access to the beach. We had nowhere to rinse off at the end of the day and ended up with sand in our room. We were disappointed because we specifically wanted a hotel with beach access.
