Lovely rooms and excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Stayed for one night. Check in was smooth and quick, acknowledging diamond status.
Stayed in a renovated room and the improvements noted here - lovely new shower which was massive improvement over the old bath tubs.
Rooms excellent quality and value here.
Club lounge currently being renovated but was looked after in the temporary lounge in the lobby bar.
The online club lounge terms point to a 2 limit drink which I always have issue with in club lounges, however this didn’t seem to be strictly enforced thankfully.
Excellent breakfast. Have to say the breakfast here is always very good, big choice and excellent staff and service!
Only new extra cost noted was parking which I think previously has been free for Diamond ambassadors but now seems chargeable which is a shame but the cost was acceptable.

Highly recommend the Doral at Miami!

It was good overall
Pros:

Location in a scenic area! The hotels entry was welcoming with beautiful faun and flora creating a relaxing atmosphere

The worst Hotel
Pros:

This is a terrible hotel, it is not good as the reviews claim. They only treat you well if you tip them, and sometimes the food is spoiled like the ceviche. The housekeeping staff was rude, whenever they came to clean our room, I would ask them to wait a moment so we could step out, but they would roll their eyes and whisper things. They didn't clean our room properly, among other issues. Our one month stay was horrible, definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at out of about 100 different hotels. I am not joking.

It wasn't as good as I'd hoped
Pros:

Unfortunately, my stay was below average.
However, there were some highlights—such as Conrad at the front desk. I have rarely encountered or met someone so dedicated. I felt at ease immediately.
The location is good. It offers quick access to the airport and the Dolphin Outlet, and there is even a Walmart right around the corner.
The room was good and clean, but nothing special. Other IC Hotels worldwide are significantly cozier.
The pool is great, and it’s a fine place to relax—provided you like airplanes and aren't bothered by the noise.
The Club Lounge was located in the entrance area due to renovations. They truly couldn't have chosen a noisier or less suitable spot. The chairs and tables resemble those found in a cafeteria. The food was just so-so. I also don't understand why I had to sign a $0 bill every single time I visited the Club Lounge. The service staff is friendly, but their demeanor feels forced.
All in all, I simply didn't feel comfortable; I will not book this hotel again and, unfortunately, cannot recommend it.
I booked the hotel based on its positive reviews, but I was unable to see what all the fuss was about.
