We could not have asked for a better experience at the Mykonos Princess Hotel. Staff were always kind and accommodating, with excellent service at all hours. Would recommend for all to visit
The views of the port from this sea side hotel are stunning. It is a luxury hotel with very helpful, accommodating staff from reception to restaurant servers. The pool is the focus of relaxation. The onsite spa gives great facials and massages. The downside of this beautiful location is that it is a “cab ride” away from other restaurants , shopping, and tours ( unless private tour from hotel is booked). Each trip is around 36-50 euros so going to an off site restaurant is costly. The hotel contracts with an excellent transport service: Ride the Wind that has dependable, responsive drivers of their luxury vehicles. The hotel does not offer a free shuttle.

Absolutely amazing hotel, having just returned after celebrating my friend’s 60th birthday. The staff made us feel very welcome and could not do more for us. They made my friend’s birthday very special.
The hotel was so clean and the views were awesome, will definitely be staying there again.
Staff very friendly & nice & quiet around pool area
What a gem of a hotel!! I thought I'd already posted a review but have only just noticed I did not! But I must share my views... we stayed on October 2024 for a week and we're blown away from start to finish of our trip. The staff here are incredible, from check-in, to the bar, to breakfast and dinner.. even though we stayed at the end of the season they still had an infectious energy and warm welcome for everyone. A big thank you to all for making our stay so fabulous, Konstaffi and Aggeliki are 2 names I've recovered from my notes, so I hope they are correct, but a big shout out to them also.
The hotel is in a lovely location, just right if you're not looking to be in the hub bub of it all but close enough to visit the town when you want, and go exploring. It's super easy to get into town via bus, and the bus stop is a short walk down the hill near the beach. The beach is stunning also, fabulous views of the sunsets and cruise ships coming in and out. Our room was lovely and spacious ( junior suite sea view) and had a stunning view also, it was a pleasure to wake up each morning looking out to sea and seeing which new ships have arrived over night. We had a little veranda, which made it feel like we were in a lovely village, greeting other guests as they passed by and having nice little chats :)
I made use of the gym as well while staying, steps away from our room and well equipped with air con.
It was the perfect relaxing trip, in a gorgeous boutique hotel.. we have plans to visit and stay again!
Room had mosquitos. Amenities kit had 2 crumpled paper napkins inside. Light outside door on all night impossible to sleep. Staff indifferent

We’ve just had the most incredible holiday at the Mykonos Princess. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The hotel strikes a perfect balance: peaceful, tranquil, and ideal for couples or families who want to relax, yet just a short drive from the bustle of Mykonos Town when you want to explore. It truly offers the best of both worlds.
What makes this place so special, though, is the people. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and attentive in a way that felt natural and effortless. A special thank you to Christofolos, Helen, Panagiotis, Elizabeth and Nikos, who not only looked after us with such kindness but also shared fantastic tips and advice that made our stay even more memorable.
Nikos, you’re a great hospitality leader and the hotel is lucky to have you leading it! I work in Human Resources (HR) in my day job and leaders like you are hard to come by!
The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere serene, and the service faultless. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to criticise. We’re leaving with memories we’ll treasure forever and already know we’ll be back.

We had the most amazing time at Princess Hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional—from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
We stayed for over a week, and every single day was perfect. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be more ideal. But above all, what truly makes this place special is the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and completely at home. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference.
We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Every aspect of our stay was flawless—beautiful views, incredible food, and truly outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but Princess Hotel absolutely did.
We came back home happy, relaxed, and dangerously close to quitting our jobs just to go back for a few more days. Seriously, one more glass of “white grapes” ;-) and we might’ve never left!
This is more than just a hotel—it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit.

The room was small
The staff are superb at this hotel. Cannot do enough for you & they go over & above. Our stay was very chilled, food was excellent & rooms spacious.

We recently returned to Mykonos Princess 14 years after our last visit when we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Our honeymoon was also spent on Mykonos in 1986 so truly a special location for us.
The hotel is Perfect in every aspect, The rooms, view, staff, cleanliness, breakfasts and overall service provide the BEST holiday experience.
We own a property in Eivissa so regular visit there but these always involve housekeeping and maintenance so to come and be waited on with charm and sophistication by the lovely girls and guys around the pool and at breakfast was a super treat.

WE WILL RETURN
The hotel is 5 5-star, but the service and staff were 7-star.
We have travelled across Asia; this was our first visit to Greece.
The Greek Hospitality shone through.
The location worked for us as it was in a quiet part of Mykonos.
The rooms were spotless and had sea views.
The à la carte breakfast included in the booking was a good idea.

Fabulous location and place and breathtaking views.
Other than a gaggle of very loud guests (about 20) who spent two hours outside our room (from about 6am to 8am) taking photos of the view for Insta, I couldn’t fault it. And hotel also couldn’t help we chose that one night. Would defo come back xx
