Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location- cool neighborhood with shops, restaurants and bars, and the hotel has character, a cool restaurant, and parking!

Cons:

The bed was surprisingly hard and not very comfortable.

Pros:

Bom café da manhã. Excelente localização: fora da confusão do centro comercial e turistico mas muito perto da zona dos museus e com excelentes acessibilidades que permitem estar em qualquer lado em muito pouco tempo de transporte público. A limpeza do quarto foi irrepreensível. O chuveiro era excelente

Cons:

O quarto não era grande e não tem uma cadeira ou uma mesa caso se pretenda trabalhar. Só tinha um pequeno banco e fez falta um cadeirão que permita estar sentado confortavelmente sem ser na lateral da cama.

It was a good find, both based on location and the facility, and we recommend it
Pros:

This was a very nice hotel. It is new, modern, very clean, and has great facilities. It's also very well located and walkable from there to most of the central Vienna sites that One would like to see. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, making it doubly convenient. And the staff was pleasant, always helpful, and a pleasure. Definitely recommended with enthusiasm.

Cons:

No concerns or complaints at all and can't think of anything that might've been better. We did not opt for the Breakfast because there were many options around the neighborhood that were considerably less expensive. But it did look good.

Excellent location and stylish room interior. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, including the artwork on the walls and the thoughtfully designed lighting. A particularly nice touch was the motion-activated night lighting in the bathroom, which was both practical and comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there were no bathrobes provided in the room.

I also missed having a shower cap, as I didn’t want to use the overhead shower every day. Not everyone wants to get their hair wet every time they shower! Unfortunately, the handheld shower was quite inconvenient to use, as it couldn’t be positioned at a lower height to allow for a comfortable hands-free shower.

The breakfast selection was a little limited. When staying at a hotel for three nights, I would appreciate a bit more variety, such as varied fish selection, porridge or pancakes.

The gym was my biggest disappointment, especially since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The weights available were so light that it was difficult to get a proper workout. Guests who exercise regularly and want to maintain their routine while travelling would certainly appreciate heavier weights and more challenging equipment. Those who only occasionally use light dumbbells are probably less likely to visit the gym during their holiday anyway.

That said, I really appreciated the gym’s interior design and aesthetics. It was a beautiful space, but unfortunately not very functional for someone who takes their workouts seriously.
