Excelente Hotel para disfrutar de la ciudad de Viena caminando.
Pros:

Excelente las instalaciones. Súper limpio en todos los sectores. Muy buena ubicación del Hotel, cerca de todo. El personal muy predispuesto y atento a mis necesidades.

Mi é piaciuto, ci tornerei!
Pros:

Struttura nuova, bella la camera e la sala colazione. La formula della colazione, non a buffet, mi é piaciuta molto, con possibilità di scegliere tra più proposte. Camera accogliente e bel bagno.

Cons:

Ho trovato più capelli sull’accappatoio.. tutto il resto molto pulito.

Amazing hotel, such friendly tentive staff
Pros:

The team were so tentive, such a warm welcome. Only a 10min walk into the main heart of Vienna. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel was so cozy and relaxing.

The stay was wonderful. The hotel is quite new and clean, and the staff are excellent. The breakfast
Pros:

The location was excellent—close to the center, quiet, and near a metro station. The room was pleasant. The staff were wonderful and helped with every question. Our flight was at night, so we left our luggage there. When we returned in the evening before the flight, the reception staff told us there was a refresh room where we could organize our luggage and even take a shower before leaving. That was quite amazing, as I had never encountered a hotel that provides such a room.

Cons:

The breakfast is small—toast or an egg, coffee, and a pastry.

Excellent location, excellent facility and excellent service in the heart of Vienna!
Pros:

Excellent Stuff and Service! One of the best so far! Really liked the room, location, facility and all hotel members.

Cons:

The sink was very stylish, but small and uncomfortable. Breakfast options are limited to other hotels in this price range. There were only couple of choices, so definitely room for improvement.

Pros:

The property was great, as well as the service and the staff.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room was on the last floor, in the attic, so it was a bit darker and the window was high - we couldn’t open it ourselves. They however promptly sent a person to open/close it on our request.

Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Vienne
Pros:

Bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Vienne. Beaucoup de sites accessibles à pied (dont la cathédrale par exemple). Chambres bien décorées, propres. Très bon wifi gratuit. Très bon petit déjeuner. Equipe tres sympathique et accueillante. Un hôtel où on se sent bien et dans lequel nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Cons:

Lit globalement confortable mais matelas un petit peu dur (mais cela est tres subjectif)
Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre (mais système de climatisation tres efficace)
