War alles super, waren ganz zu Beginn der Eröffnung dort. Personal sehr bemüht und super nett.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt bei wenig Körpergewicht sind die Matratzen zu hart.

Perfect stay in Vienna
Pros:

Centrally located, the new interior was beautiful, the staff was attentive and lovely all around. The gym was super modern. Delicious breakfast choices and dinner in the restaurant was great.

Everything about this hotel was superb except the food we had in the bar.
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All round super hotel. Location was really excellent. Exceptionally clean hotel.

Cons:

Bar food was only ok. Menu could be improved. Food was also a bit bland.

Amazing! Best hotel in Vienna!
Pros:

I was staying in Vienna somewhere else but due to a safety issue I had to leave and then I found this hotel.
I wish I booked this hotel in the first place because wow!!!! Everyone is super kind, yummy breakfast, super comfy beds, great wifi, no notes for the bathroom/shower and you can connect your phone with the tv in the room and watch whatever you want.
