Cama muito confortável, banheiro tb excelente. Mas o quarto de entrada é bem pequeno.
Os funcionários são meio curto e direto na conversa, não parecem fazer muita questão de agradar o cliente. E o café da manhã é básico mas atende muito bem
Beautifully building renovated to high standard. It exuded quality. Our room looked out onto leafy square in quiet area a short walk away from the busy centre.

Room: Very cozy & posh at the same time. The room was comfortable & very aesthetic. Bathroom toilleteries were Le Labo santal 33, which I loved. One caution : the room had a slanting roof & the coffee station was in the nook where the roof was the shortest in height. So while it was fine for me (im about 5'1) i dont think it would be very comfortable to make coffee for taller guests & even i had to be careful to not bump my head.

Staff : Very warm & helpful. They didnt notice that i had asked for a room with a walk in shower since a shower inside a bathtub is not possible for my mom who has mobility challenges. But they changed our room when we reminded them.
A very nice touch : They gave us a choice of a welcome drink at the beautiful bar & the options included prosecco :)
One very odd thing : Twice the hotel staff used their card to enter the room without waiting for us to open the door or ask them to come in. This felt distinctly wierd. Both times it was fine but what if we had been changing or something. The second time they came to tell us it was time to check out. Again odd. we were ready to check out & were anyway heading out but i would have expected a call Or for them to knock & wiat for us to open the door, not barge in

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent with daily cooked specials and a vast array of cheese meat smoked salmon fresh fruit and pastries.

It’s at a very nice location. Short walk to Stephansplatz and other major attractions. It’s very clean and beautiful. Room decor is tasteful. I also like the scent they use for the room. The shower is compact but sufficient, rain shower head is nice. The bed is wide and comfy. I scored 88 for my sleep on this bed.
The staff are all attentive and condial. When I and my girlfriend arrived at 1:30pm, we were welcomed by the reception. They gave us welcome drinks while they were looking for ready rooms. We were able to check in early without any extra fee. Breakfast is very good too. Highly recommend to book it with the room together. Paying for breakfast without reservation costs more.
A warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff who had time for us. Kindness was shown as we were celebrating an anniversary and the room we were given was excellent, large, quiet and with good facilities. Breakfast was varied and cooked to order. We enjoyed the evening bar. The hotel is in a quiet street not too far from the underground station and the sights of the city.

מלון מקסים, קטן ואינטימי, שופץ לפני שנה. חדר נעים, נקי מאד, צוות אדיב וזמין, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. המלון ממקום במרחק 10 דקות הליכה מקתדרלת סטפנוס הקדוש וקרוב כמעט לכל האתרים. מלון מומלץ מאד.
