Good location…& a good nights sleep (especially in the excessive Vienna heatwave)
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable & bathroom towels were lovely & soft, & the toiletries were all very nice.
Good location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the first day we were there, there was an issue with providing guests with keycards so we were reliant on staff taking us to our room when needed. The staff were very helpful but it just made our first day there a little disappointing, especially when we were only there for the weekend.
We found the breakfast menu fairly limited when compared to other similar hotels that we’ve stayed at…

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff at reception and breakfast area

Not having room service, the welcome video when you switch the TV on shows amenities that aren't in the hotel... such as a pool!
