Poor Wi-Fi ,The couch at the lobby are dirty no water pressure in the shower cheap towel and the room was a mess

Costo del Restaurante
La ubicación es muy buena. Los chicos de la recepcion muy amables. Hay café libre por la mañana hasta las 12 pm y agua caliente a disposicion. La cama cómoda, te dan sabanas y toalla. El baño esta dentro de la habitacion y es amplio. La cama tiene espacio para guardar bolso o mochila, hay que llevar un candado.
No tienen un plan de contingencia contra imprevistos. Estuvimos mas de 24 hs sin luz (sin AA, sin ascensor, sin wiffi, incluso unas horas sin agua) No sabian qué hacer, solo pedir disculpas El 3er piso estaba a oscuras, habia gente durmiendo el el lobby por el calor, era insoportable. Desde las 3 am del jueves hasta las 12 pm del viernes estuvimos asi. No tiene cocina, solo una sala con 2 heladeras donde podes dejar comida. Para tener en cuenta,si queres ahorrar, se complica. Hay que comprar comida por ahi o comer afuera, y la verdad es caro comer en Miami.
The location is fantastic! Small pool and things seemed decently clean.
Room had a smelly person in it so i guess be prepared for that possibility. But the worst was the AC shutting off randomly early in the morning and waking up in sweat!!!

L’emplacement était extra ordinaire, seulement 5 minutes à pied de south beach; les activités de groupe m’ont aidé à rencontrer du monde et me sentir moins seule
