Cons:

Had to move rooms after a nights stay since they put us in wrong room originally then got moved to 15th floor but ac barely worked even after notifying facilities asked for a fan but didn’t suffice asked for another but technically they didn’t have to give us one which made no sense, cause what happens if others had broken ac in this humid weather

Preislich gut, aber dafür muss man mit ein paar Einschränkungen leben

Lage am Park vor dem Meer, kostenloser Wasserspender in Lobby, sehr nettes Personal, Sauna vorhanden, direkt vor der Tür fahren Hop on Hopp of Busse ab

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, die Wände und Türen sind super dünn, sodass man manchmal das Gefühl hat, die anderen Gäste stehen im eigenen Zimmer. Klimaanlage ziemlich laut, Pooldeck lädt nicht unbedingt zum langen Verweilen ein.

AC in the rooms was old and bit smelly: breakfast was really messy as there no free place to sit, dirty plates everywhere and they ran out of coffee at 8 AM.... (how??), its not worth it. Valet service was average as only one person is handling it...

La location est plutôt bien, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La majorité du staff a été très gentille et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Je n’ai pas eu l’utilité du parking ni du petit-déjeuné donc rien à dire la dessus

Je suis restée seulement deux nuits, à mon arrivée j’avais un problème avec la lumière de l’entrée de la chambre qui fonctionnait une fois sur deux, je suis allée à la réception et je suis tombée sur un monsieur qui m’a prise de haut parce que je ne savais pas d’où venait le problème et m’a toisé d’un « bon on va envoyé quelqu’un » , personne n’est jamais venu.

Juste avant d’aller dormir j’ai trouvé un cafard dans la chambre, la je suis tombée sur une personne très gentille et compréhensive qui m’a immédiatement changé de chambre

Cons:

1 - The breakfast offered was terrible .. only 4 choices in hot food and nothing much in anything else.. The breakfast room was so small .. only has around 8 tables in it .. customers have to wait for table when turn up for breakfast.

2 - All the customer service staffs were friendly and helpful but most of time has only 1 customer service staff available. We have line up to get service most of the time .

Velmi mile a pohodlné :-)
Pros:

Velmi milý a nápomocný personál, poradil i kam se podívat a co navštívit za kluby a restaurace, vše čisté a pohodlné .! Dekujeme a rádi opět navštívíme :-)

Pros:

Położenie jest super, samo centrum Honolulu. Dodatkowo było bardzo czysto w całym hotelu, pomimo widocznego wieku hotelu bardzo dobry poziom.

Cons:

Śniadania były bardzo średnie, może to kwestia przyzwyczajenia do europejskiej jakości, ale no śniadanie w postaci chleb, masło, jogurt, płatki i 4 ciepłe rzeczy w postaci jajecznica jakieś mięso i ryż/ziemniaki - dodatkowo z warzyw tylko sałatka marchewka i cebula.
