an amazing time
Pros:

the staff was phenomenal! i would highly recommend to any family or friends visiting the island. Miles the Valet provided excellent service and hospitality and has a great personality! 15/10 !

Incredible location & staff, a vacationers dream!
Pros:

The staff here is absolutely incredible! They all go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, comfortable, and have everything you need. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a beautiful little spot! The pool bar was convenient and the bartender was great. This hotel is also in a great location! From the hotel, you walk just a few minutes through a beautiful park and then you arrive at a sandy beach with perfect swimming spots! You are also minutes from delicious food trucks, stores that carry anything you need, and you are close by some major shopping centers! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and next time I am in Honolulu I will definitely be staying here again!

Best Staff in Waikiki
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, but what truly made the experience exceptional were two valets, Ralph and Miles. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful recommendations, or welcoming guests with a warmth.
Ralph and Miles exemplify outstanding hospitality and customer service. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me. Employees like them are a huge asset to the hotel and are the main reason I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Croix.
The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was also very good and offered great value for the price.
Janice at the front desk was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and sincere hospitality made a great impression and added to the overall experience.

Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien, limpio, amplio y todos los días te hacían la cama y cambiaban las toallas. La ubicación estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Hay que pagar el parking pero todos los días pudimos aparcar en la calle de forma gratuita. El día de salida no teníamos el avión hasta la noche y nos hubiera gustado que nos dejaran ir a la piscina. No pudo ser pues teníamos que pagar un extra.

Great hotel, especially for the price!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for the two nights we were on O’ahu celebrating our 35th anniversary. We had a wonderful time! The staff were all courteous and Vince at the front desk was especially welcoming every time we interacted with him (maybe it’s just me but it never crossed my mind to tip a front desk person before, but he definitely deserved it). The hotel was clean and quiet even though it was right downtown. It’s within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. I was a little skeptical since it was a lot less expensive than surrounding hotels, but was pleasantly surprised and the value is unbeatable.

Great experience!
Pros:

Great experience! Love that the hotel is surrounded by two parks, but still in walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Love the sauna with a park view! Definitely will be back! Staff is very friendly!
