Nice location and lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered free water refills, coffee in the morning and had laundry facilities. Nice pool and appreciated my balcony too. There was also a grocery store next to the hotel. Close to bus stops.

Cons:

Rooms were dated, my bathroom toilet overflowed and the laundry is run by a third party. It ripped me off $2. Groceries are also expensive.

Best Vacation Ever
Pros:

I loved staying at Hotel La Croix. All staff members were kind, friendly, and helpful, but especially Vince. He went far above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful vacation. He gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us all amenities. He ensured we had a room with a kitchenette and provided a roll-away bed so we each had our own bed. He made itineraries for the best things to see and put the the sights in order so we could make the most of our time. He was incredible! I loved the toiletries and that there was always hot water in the shower. I also loved the patios and the view of the palm tree garden. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my evening at the bar with John, too. He was great fun. It was so nice that you stored our luggage for us the last day. Thank you for making our trip to Hawaii the best vacation ever!

It wasn’t exceptional but it wasn’t horrible
Pros:

Breakfast was not worth the extra charge even with a discount. There was not much of a variety of hot food. The employees were nice and always greeted us coming in.

EXCELLENT LOCATION
Pros:

The amenities are great. Pool...Sauna...Pool Bar...Pool Shower...Lounge all the way at the top of the hotel. The view was AMAZING. I want to talk about hospitality and customer service. How did Quinton know I was celebrating my birthday? It felt like they went out of their way to celebrate me! I am definitely someone to celebrate. I give this hotel a 10 out of 9!

Exceptional customer service!!
Pros:

This hotel was recommended to us by a local and we are so happy we booked our stay here. The customer service here was off the charts!! Every single employee at this hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating! It made our visit to Hawaii a lot more memorable!!

Clean, Comfortable, Accessible
Pros:

Hotel La Croix is excellent. A beautiful property in a prime location. The hotel is well maintained and the room was in great shape. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from Fort Derussy Beach and Waikiki. There are tons of great restuarants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.

Terrible flight ! Great Hotel !
Pros:

Good vibes at Hotel Lacroix. Quintin was so kind to us. We had a little trouble getting to hawaii and Quintin reassured me that our stay wouldnt be a reflection of our travels. It was perfect because of everything he did for us. Because of all the positive energy i received from this hotel and staff I will be staying at this hotel next year.

Great, clean hotel for a great price!
Pros:

The staff here is so friendly, the rooms are clean, and overall it’s a really great value. The provided toiletries are nice as well, smells good and refilled in a timely manner before I ever ran out. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and my room was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The location is pretty good as well. I walked to many places from the hotel. There is a refillable water station as well. The gym is small, but enough to get a little workout in. Most hotels at this price range don’t have a gym at all. Overall a great stay for a great value!

Fun & Relaxing
Pros:

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Quintin was so attentive and his attention to detail was on point. I am in the military and he didn't miss a beat! Beach equipment is free and the breakfast buffet was only 10 bucks
