Pros:

Everything was good, beds are comfy, room is good size, staff are nice and breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location

Cons:

We have to have the room cleaned every 3rd day. That didn’t happen so I would just have to get towels and stuff and toilet paper. I even use my own and clean the room myself and I really didn’t like the beds. They need to be updated. They were kind of uncomfort.

Good stay while visiting family at Salt Lake Specialty Hospital.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, fresh eggs, potatoes and sausages.
Choices of bread with different spreads, fruit was offered with yogurt.
Coffee and different juice cocktails.

Really cozy despite the crowded area and breakfast was so good!

Convenient and clean.
Pros:

Convenient for skiing. Friendly staff. Helpful with all requests. When we asked the room was cleaned.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good.

Experiencia mixta: buena atención pero faltan opciones y servicios básicos.
Pros:

Me encantó la atención y cercanía de la mayoría de los trabajadores, quienes siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y estaba equipada con todo lo necesario para mi estadía. Sin embargo, noto que no todos los empleados saludan, lo que podría mejorar. Un punto destacable fue la resolución rápida de un problema con el refrigerador de la habitación, que tenía un sonido fuerte la primera noche; al día siguiente solicité apoyo y atendieron mi solicitud de inmediato.

Cons:

Hubiera sido positivo tener una opción de almohada más delgada, ya que las almohadas altas no son cómodas para todos, preguntamos en recepción y nos indicaron que no habían más opciones. Por otro lado, el desayuno era muy básico, aunque siempre había suficiente comida. Respecto al servicio de housekeeping, te piden que si lo quieres cada día, que llames el día anterior para pedirlo. Creo que debería ofrecerse diariamente, no solo cuando se solicita el día anterior, ya que en varias ocasiones olvidábamos llamar o llegábamos muy tarde al hotel y ya era un día menos de aseo y para hacer la cama, lo que hace que uno tenga que hacerlo personalmente o dejarla sin asear.

Same breakfast everyday for 18 days. No variety. Orange juice dispenser said "out of order".... for all 18 days (plus the extra 6 nights we stayed as we. ).😩

I stayed here a week in Jan and a week in Febr with ski clubs. Crystal inn is great! Close to restaurants and bus to ski
Pros:

Staff is very accommodating. Shuttles to bus stop.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but would be better with a little change up in the menu. Maybe a waffle maker
