Well located near freeway where we arrived/departed, beautiful and spacious room, small fitness room which we used.

the hotel itself seems good from the outside.
we liked the pool. lots of shops nearby.

when we got to the property, we were greeted by quite a rude lady at the reception desk. she seemed to be having a bad day. no one told us, before arriving, that there would be no working elevators. it was a Saturday when we arrived and we were told that the elevator would only be fixed on WEDNESDAY. ridiculous. there are also people in Utah who work on weekends, the hotel is just stingy and doesn’t want to pay more. the corridors of the hotel, especially the stair area were so HOT. it was more than 100°F when we were there and having to carry the suitcases up to the fourth floor is not something I should be doing. there should be someone there who helps with that stuff, especially considering there was no warning about the elevator not working until we got here. the only reason we booked this property is to have an elevator, and that was not available. breakfast is terrible. no good choices, everything tastes disgusting. every single person we encountered at the reception desk was rude. they don’t even acknowledge the fact that you’re greeting them.

Hotel carino, poco fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile, colazione buona e anche le stanze carine, c'è anche una bella piscina con idromassaggio, unica cosa che aggiungerei è una macchina del caffè in camera

Wunderbar! Natürlich kein fünf Sterne Hotel, aber für das was es ist absolut top. Riesiges Zimmer, sauber, schön mit dem separaten Wohnbereich. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse absolut brauchbar, das Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett. Man ist sofort auf der Interstate und trotzdem hört man davon nur wenig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir konnten sogar zwischen zwei verschiedenen Etagen wählen, wodurch wir ein schön ruhiges Zimmer hatten.

Cons:

Bett etwas durchgelegen, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux pour les usa. La chambre était très spacieuse et bien équipée.
