Very comfortable, will choose to re-stay next time
Pros:

Location is great! Room is big, clean & very comfortable! Everything is very nice here. Breakfast is also nice.

Cons:

It would be great if can offer some kitchen stuff.

Big room, great value, central location.
Pros:

The breakfast food was great (coffee was lacking). I loved how little waste they created and the breakfast space was adequate. There was a nice grassy spot equipped with bags for dogs.

Cons:

The first room we were in the AC didn't work, but staff happily moved us to a different room. We travelled with our dog and there were always smokers outside at the dog relief area.

Fair price,comfortable bed and seating area. Breakfast was cold (eggs). Husband wished they had waffle or pancake maker.

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned to had dirty bedding. There were actually urine stains on the blanket. Vanessa, the gentle manager was very helpful to assign me to a different room and apologized. She didn’t understand how that could happen. The next room I was assigned to the bed was full of hair. The sheets were wrinkled as though they had been crumpled up in a dirty hamper. At first, I tried to remove the hair from the sheets. But then I just couldn’t sleep there. There was no way. The third room I went to was acceptable. But I did have my daughter bring me bedding from her home and used it in the room. The first two rooms really gave me the heebie-jeebies. If it was feasible, I would’ve just left and gone to a different hotel. At my time, there was very busy and I really didn’t have time to deal with all this so I just made due.
Then there was the day that my toilet clogged and started overflowing in the bathroom. I turned the water off, cleaned up the mess all over the floor and called the front desk. They sent me to my room who unclogged the toilet and housekeeping to bring me fresh towels. But no one was sent to clean the toilet or the mess. The overflow had left on the toilet. At this point I was fed up. I just cleaned it all myself. I washed the toilet. I cleaned everything up. I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I couldn’t believe they would knew a toilet head over floated in my room and no one came to see what needed to be cleaned up.
They served breakfast every day the same exact thing every single morning for the four days I was there. No variety whatsoever.
Although the front desk staff quickly handled the situation, I did see at least one homeless person wandering to the hotel lobby.
I travel to Murray to visit Family several times a year. I gave this hotel a chance because of the ratings ad. I’m not sure how it got those ratings. I will never stay here again.

It was pleasant. The few stationary bikes in the exercise room were not in very good shape.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok however, please update your website. We missed breakfast Saturday as the website said breakfast was from 7 to 10Am. It is not
The staff was excellent and very helpful

Cons:

The handicap shower chair. It floods the floor due to the extension that goes out over the tub.

The hotel staff and gave us plenty of towels for the next helped us to make sure it was all mopped up.
