Very clean and the people working were all very pleasant.
Ground level, poolside was ok.
It’s like the Property had a facelift around the pool and the rest of it is unfinished? Definitely the “Motel 6” of Maui.

Stayed in a 3rd floor Room, which is a bit out dated. But okay for one night
Refurbished room was great. Comfy beds and very clean. Pool and outside area fab. Small harbour beach. Staff very friendly.
Just off main road in industrial area. Good for a base to travel around island. Not great for walking to other beaches. Hotel beach is ok but back drop to side is working ferry terminal.
I live on maui and enjoy frequently staying at maui seaside hotel the staff from the front desk are so friendly everything from the property to the rooms are clean and comfortable prices are affordable and with the beach a few steps from youre room it makes our stay much more memorable.
That we have to leave but we always try to come back.
It was on the water with well kept grounds and a good view. It was very close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t go in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
It was quite dated and obviously in need of repairs. It seemed to be very expensive for for the quality of the room.
Conveniently located close to the airport, the upgrades to the property are nice: clean modern style, I liked fire pit in the courtyard, our room was in the renovated wing and was clean and modern.
It’s more of a spot to stay when you fly in / out because it is close to the airport, otherwise it has less of a holiday feel.
We were very impressed with our stay at Maui Seaside. We only stayed one night to be closer to the airport, however, if we had known how nice it was going to be, would have planned a longer stay. We did make the most of our time there though. We relaxed around the pool, played corn hole, sat around the beautiful fire pit and had a very fun, relaxing time. Our room was very clean and lovely. It had just been renovated. All the pool furniture was new too. I will say when you first drive up, it is not very impressive, but it is nice once in. Everyone working was very friendly and helpful.

For a late night arrival, on our way to our next destination this was nearby the airport and a decent nights sleep
The property is on a busy road and is showing its age. Our room, while passable, could have been cleaned much more thoroughly and the furniture had so much wear and tear. I would have been very disappointed to spend my Maui vacation in this location but for a one night stay it was acceptable
Liked the location, the suite was roomy. Many of the common amenities were good although we only stayed a night. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hated the check in. The room access cards didn’t work. Had to be rekeyed. The room was located in a hard to access area which required lugging suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. The room was nicely appointed with a kitchenette but not with any plates and cutlery etc. The room seemed to be a blind spot for wifi we discovered after several attempts to connect. Resorted to sitting in the lobby to connect with a very intermittent wifi.
Then upon going to our car in the morning, there was a security “boot” attached to the wheel of our car even though we had paid for parking. The staff were apologetic to say the least. This was due to a front desk error in not providing an appropriate parking pass.
All in all, our experience was mixed to say the least. On behalf of the hotel, they are clearly in the process of upgrading the establishment and are experiencing growing pains. We just wish we hadn’t experienced so many.

The location is excellent.
The customer service wasn't what we'd expect. Our treatment at arrival wasn't as good. The room service needs improvement. We had to tell them we'd needed to room clean and they said they only had set days for deep cleaning. All we asked for was regular daily room service where your towels, bed sheets & garbage is changed. There were many lizzards which would eat the green leaves ardangement along the property. The car parking is't free, we wished we'd known from before.
