Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff made everyone feel welcome and offered to help in many ways such as guidance to get to places.
There's also a great restaurant, Tantes with good value meals.

Cons:

Unfortunately the laundry machines were out of order so I was unable to wash & dry my clothes.

Completely different rooms for the same price

We stayed at this hotel twice, and the difference between the two rooms was unbelievable. The first room was excellent: modern, newly furnished, clean, with a beautiful pool view and a renovated bathroom. However, the second room was awful. It was located in a separate building, far from everything, requiring us to walk through several corridors and elevators with all our luggage. The room smelled damp, the furniture was old, it was not clean, and the bathroom was outdated. Instead of the promised view, we faced a parking lot.

Both nights were booked at the same time, under the same room category, and cost around $350 per night. While the first room was worth the price, the second was absolutely not. The quality difference was unacceptable, and we felt completely let down. At this price, we expected a consistent standard of quality.

A very nice welcome.
Although we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, we were given our room immediately. Moreover, we were provided with an upgraded room. Both water and ice were available.
The location is good. A free airport transfer to and from the airport is available.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

I would be back! It’s great for the value!
Pros:

The location was everything. So centrally located. I loved the cold orange scented cloths when you come into the lobby!!
The water refill station is also a great touch.
The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I had a renovated room, but it seemed that only a small portion of the hotel is renovated.
Parking was tight, but doable.

Super als Basis für alle Ausflüge auf Maui!
Pros:

Es liegt super, um alle Hotspots auf Maui zu sehen. Aber leider gibt es in der Nähe keine „schönen“ Kneipen/ Malls oder etwas zum entspannenden Abendspaziergang.
Laundry super! Super sauber! Super Personal! Perfekter Zugang zum Beach!!

Kein Geschirr, nur Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank
