Good alternative for touring Maui by car.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Location was good for touring Maui by car. The restaurant is a good alternative with good food at convenient prices. Parking lot has sufficient spaces and had no problem parking at all times.

Cons:

The room we were assigned was very far from the main entrance/pool, was outdated and in need of renovation. The view from the window was to a steel security fence in front of the parking lot. Rooms with view to the pool are significantly better. If your goal is to stay at the beach most of the day this is not your hotel.

It was an okay stay. We came in at midnight and had to check out at 11am, so we were not there long.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel right on the ocean. We especially loved the friendly cat that was around occasionally. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in this city.

The hotel is very convenient, reasonably priced, and located very close to the airport. The staff was wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it! They also had an extra room that one can use to get ready. Our flight wasn't until 10pm and needed a place to clean up. It was very convenient! Also the Transit Center is really close if one wants to easily access buses to move around the island (they are available every hour).

They forgot to clean room when we requested it

Beautiful,peaceful and affordable beachfront location!
Pros:

Quaint, felt very private, lush well kept landscape, security gate with security staff making rounds, large pool area, immediate beach access, the most comfortable bed and pillows, being on the ground floor in the peaceful part of the property (as poolside would have been a bit noisy when children are there), modern shower, delicious on-site restaurant, location is perfect for walking to many places and to access other parts of the island easily, excellent and very accommodating staff, simple cable TV (not having to figure out a Smart TV), reasonable price and having a laundry facility.

Cons:

No place to hang clothes because the small cubby is where the mini fridge and coffee maker is, can’t hang clothes on top of that. Needs another sitting chair in the room. You need to bring your own multi-outlet plug. (Luckily we did as we always have many things to plug in for charging when bringing our motorcycle helmets as well). Needs a door mat or floor mat outside or inside room. Very narrow front parking.

We had a fun night at the site and would recommend the site

Great facilities on site, games, fires by pool, comfortable beds. Lovely location on the bay.

Room decor was a bit tired but facilities, staff and location made up for that.

Great location, modest accommodations
Pros:

The location is superb, from the hotel you can go directly to the north side, to the road to Hana and 4 minutes away from the airport

Cons:

Parking is paid, which seems to be the norm in Hawaii. However I wasn’t informed of this when I checked in. I was asked if I had a car, and without being informed that I would be charged the receptionist added the daily parking fee to my bill. I only noticed it afterwards. I wasn’t given a choice nor information if I wanted to use their parking or not.

Pros:

Very nicely appointed room, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and great location right on the water and only a 5 minute walk to the main bus station.

Cons:

The main room lighting by the door was very dim. The rest of the lighting is adequate.
