World Class stay and style in Ireland
Pros:

Killarney Park, you have set the bar. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and every staff interaction felt effortlessly professional and authentically warm. This is what five-star hospitality is supposed to feel like.
The atmosphere wraps around you and makes leaving feel like a small heartbreak. The beds were among the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the bathrooms were beautifully designed. We didn't want to leave — we half-seriously discussed moving in.
A special mention to Noreen in the restaurant and Veronica at the front desk — both were absolute highlights who embodied everything that makes this hotel exceptional.

Delightful. It was a great place to stay and we were lucky with the weather and appreciated the advice of the concierge
Pros:

It was very nice and had everything you needed. The pool and leisure facilities were great. The rooms very comfortable and all the hotel spaces such as the Library and various lounges were ideal for relaxing and well set out. We ate in the bar which was very good. We were a family of 4 adults and it was perfect for us. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The nice touch of putting a bookmark in my bedside novel was very much appreciated. The hotel library was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing!

An Experience Not To Be Missed!
Pros:

We had about a 10-day tour around the southern part of Ireland as a small vacation. In the trip, we stayed at the Glenlo Abbey in Galway (2 nights), the Dingle Benners in Dingle (2 nights), The Killarney Park (3 nights), and finished at the Anantara The Marker in Dublin (2 nights). That is to put this review in perspective, because the Killarney Park was a standout here. Some additional context - we took a trip with my wife's parents to France just a few months ago and stayed a couple nights at the Waldorf Astoria in Versailles...the Killarney Park was honestly still at the top of the list! We did book this through the American Express "Fine Hotels and Resorts" program, and were lucky enough to get both the early check-in and a room upgrade - it was amazing! Our room was absolutely fantastic, as was the rest of the property. However, the real standout was the staff - all of them - but I need to call out the concierge staff in particular who were simply outstanding! I would also call out one individual, known as "PC", the head concierge - he is simply a master of his craft, and went out of his way to make sure the activities we had planned for the entire trip were suited to our expectations, including a recommendation for the Gap of Dunloe, which was not even on our radar! (It is not to be missed, either!) The true testament was his assistance on our travel from Killarney to Dublin for the final leg of our trip. The protests had shut down some access to major routes into Dublin, and PC helped us with a detailed plan, avoiding known backups and giving us tips on real-time sites to watch for updates. He actually called us a couple hours into our trip, after we had checked out and left, to make sure we were ok, and recommended a small change to our route because he had been monitoring the situation and noticed an update that impacted our original route! That is service just above and beyond expectation, and I think we can honestly say that was the overall memory we were left with from the Killarney Park!

Perfection from start to finish...
Pros:

This hotel certainly lives up to its 5 star rating. From the moment your enter the gates until you leave the staff go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure you have a memorable visit. The refurbished rooms are stunning , the breakfast so fresh in every way delicious and the food in pereguine restaurant absolutely Michelin quality in every way. All the staff i met were a credit to themselves and truely had the guest experience top of their agenda. The location is perfect for wandering around the beautiful Killarney or Killarney National Park which is only a two minute walk away. Will definetely be back. This hotel is well worth a visit.

Best experience in Killarney to date
Pros:

Stayed at the Killarney Park Hoel on 27th of March and cannot recommend it enough. The moment you drive up to the front door you are greeted with a relaxed, friendly welcome. Your car is taken away and you are scooped into the warmth inside. No carrying luggage, which magically appears in your room without you being made feel that you are being precious, similar treatment upon departure, conceirge staff were a pleasure. Rooms are spotless and finished to the highest standards, with lovely complementary treats in store. The gym was very well equipped and the pool area with sauna and steam room were quite the nicest I have been in for a long time. Again, lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you wthout being sycophantic. The bar was busy with a lovely vibe and mix of people, live piano music, expert mixologist for the perfect cocktail and really helpful and affable staff. As a vegetarian, the options on the menu, both bar and fine dining, were the usual suspects so we ate at an award winning Asian restaurant only a minute's walk away for the hotel, which despite the feeling of privacy and quietude is bang in the centre of Killarney, We returned to the bar after dinner for another few cocktails and my only quibble was that staff began vacuuming whilst customers were still there, and it wasn't that late, we weren't the stragglers! Notwithstanding this very small negative, would stay here again without hesitation. Again, a small thing and more of a piece of advice for the hotel, as someone who stays regularly in Killarney, the display of art collections in some of the great hotels there really transform the public areas into something quite special and I felt that the over-use of historical prints throughout the Park gave it a rather corporate, dull feel. Nonetheless, was truly a five star experience.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

We were fortunate to stay in the Killarney Park for two nights in March. This hotel is in the centre of Killarney so close to everything. The welcome was fantastic, from the porters at the front to the staff on the desk. The manager also came out to greet us which we felt was particularly impressive. Norma on the front desk really stood out. Like every member of staff at the Park, she was so helpful and friendly. She also was perfectly professional and ensured that all our needs were effectively and efficiently catered for! We loved our room - a beautifully appointed family room as we stayed with our daughter. It was slightly difficult to work the heating but the night manager Radimer was extremely helpful and this was sorted quickly. Staff at breakfast and in the garden bar were also excellent. We wanted to mention Dora in particular as she very personable and professional. She really looked after us and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. We all felt the pancakes were the best we have ever tasted and we have tasted many! We also wanted to mention the pool. My husband and daughter used the pool and the pool manager /attendant kept the pool and changing areas immaculate. He worked so hard to keep the poolsides dry and frequently attended to towels etc. Unfortunately we can’t recall his name.
We would score the Killarney Park 4.5 out of 5 but there was no half option. The only reason for the slight reduction in score was our dinner in the main restaurant. There were a number of issues with the dinner and we felt the food was not on par with the rest of the experience from quality to service.
Overall we would definitely return however and would highly recommend this hotel.
