Santorini Palace

From start to finish our stay was amazing, staff were excellent and was just a 5-10 minute walk in to the heart of Fira, the 3 bells of Fira are literally across the road and up a small hill at the front of the property and this is also where you have the most amazing view of the caldera find sunset views, Fira is a great base for visiting the whole of the island and was just as good as oia, would definitely recommend

I was surprised that the hotel did not offer free bottled water since the water was not drinkable . It seems like they should provide that to guests.

Hotel was in a great location, short walk to city center and night life. Lots of restaurants nearby and breakfast had many delicious options. Hotel reception arranges taxi and were very helpful in possible excursions.

Pool area was beautiful. Gym was decent and had a standard variety of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and dumbbells. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. AC in the rooms could be improved, there was a unit in each bedroom but no AC unit in the shared living room space. Front desk service was incredible and made us feel so comfortable with our stay. Location is amazing and just a 10-15min walk to downtown Fira, maybe a 15-20min walk to the Fira bus station.

Amazing place to stay. Perfect location to get where we called uptown and where we called downtown. Very friendly staff. Nice location without all the stairs that so many other places have. Beautiful sunrises from your balcony or the pool area, and sunsets just across from the front door.

Very nice hotel. Well maintained with a really nice pool area. Bonus... only 30 yards away from a great place to view Santorini sunsets. Only issue is that the WIFI didn't work very well in the rooms. WIFI worked great in the common area near the pool.

Absolutely fantastic service from the manager Nicos with his amazing team. Can’t wait to stay there again next June . It will be our 10th year staying there with family and friends . There was 10 of us last week. We love it

We absolutely loved our stay at Santorini Palace! The room was huge and very clean with a private balcony and air conditioning to keep it nice and cool. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area, it’s a standout feature of this hotel with a beautiful pool deck, extremely comfy chairs (and plenty of them, we could always get a spot), a great bar and nice views. On our last day of our trip we relaxed and hung out there all day. The staff were also really friendly and helped us organize airport transfer and the breakfast that was included has lots of options that were switched out daily and beautiful views from the seating area. I would definitely recommend this property but just be warned it’s at one of the highest points of Fira so you do have to walk uphill quite a bit to get there but through the back door it wasn’t too bad at all!

This property was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Especially David. He was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and visit. Looks just like the pictures!

It was a beautiful hotel with amazing views. A few steps away from watching life changing sunsets!

Very beautiful hotel, they upgraded us to a private pool room for free so that was nice. Hotel is very clean. Only problem is getting to and from anywhere in the hotel is a MAZE the layout is confusing. It is walking distance to the main area of shops and restaurants so that is nice.

Really enjoyed the hospitality and the front staff, especially Christina.
