Close walk to Disney entrance and cvs for water and snacks… AC was on point it was clean and stocked with towels and pillows… bed… not so comfy… but does the job for vacation… front desk staff were awesome… had a great stay

Everything was great except there is no breakfast available. That was the biggest downside. It makes a big difference when your just trying to get up and go.

Unsafe for kids!!!! my especial needs son that is about 40in open the safety door lock and went outside of the room. After that happened we couldn't sleep comfortably because we were worried that he can walk out of the room anytime at night

Location, for 2 short days at Disneyland its good walking distance.
Very outdated, beds are terrible and the Air conditioning wasn't working properly. It worked but not cold air. Not worth bringing it up too staff and having them come in to room to fix it or change rooms. Like I said we weren't going to change rooms and we just didn't spend any time in room but to sleep but still a very uncomfortable couple of nights.

Laundry room only had 2 sets of washer/dryer for the whole property. 1 washer was inoperable.
The pool was heated, jacuzzi relaxing hot, not just Luke warm like a lot of places. Everything close by (food, pharmacy, pizza, 711, coffee bean. 10 minute walk to Disneyland which saves on parking! Room had its own balcony to sit and drink coffee in the morning.
No microwave in the room, the hotel does offer a universal microwave by the laundry facilities but it’s kinda inconvenient to have to go to another floor just to heat something up.

The location was walking distance to Disneyland. There was a gift shop outside the the secondary building and there were many other shops in the near vicinity. The staff were very polite and helpful when it came to time checking in/out and requesting for caffeinated coffee packs. The parking structure was secure and felt at ease when we had noticed a security patrolling on foot.
The bathroom towels had somebody else’s long hair folded in one of the towels. There were a couple short curly hairs that were in and on the tub lip. The light fixtures on each side of the bed (closest to door) were loose to the wall and one of those 2 had the bulb fixture was loosely tilted.
