Great location, worked well for a family of 6, would stay again
Pros:

Location was great, room size was good as well, liked 2 sinks in room, lots of storage for clothes

Cons:

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, not enough table space and only 1 chair

The close proximity to the park.

Cons:

The cleanliness the damage on the wall the sink the shower. the beds were slightly outdated and uncomfortable. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable thin and could feel the Springs. The phone was also messed up missing buttons.

Good stay for a weekend. Just what we needed

Great location, yet needs renovation and better security for price with below average

I chased off a homeless person getting ready to inject his arm with drugs. He was immediately near the door of the side entrance in the 8:00 am hour.
The beds were horribly uncomfortable, both the king and the sofa bed. The bathroom was not clean with insufficient ventilation.
The entrance near the street is generally not safe and remained open by being propped. No security.
The phone did not work. No one ever did come repair it. So we had to leave the building. Walk past the homeless people, over to the lobby to report an issue.

Pros:

The price for the night Disney parking is very close to hotel. I would not walk to Park from this hotel.

Cons:

The parking lot is very small. You might have to park in parking structure of another hotel. We did. The hotel paid for parking. The room was very hot. Like the A/c did not work. It was late and I just went to sleep. Once at hotel there was an additional $20 fee.
