Uma estadia muito agradável, com excelente atendimento e uma equipa extremamente cordial, eficiente e atenciosa.
Pros:

O que mais gostei neste hotel foi, sem dúvida, a forma como o joven rececionista lidou com uma situação inesperada. Após uma falha na atribuição do quarto, resolveram o problema com enorme eficiência, cordialidade e empatia.
Tiveram o cuidado de nos colocar imediatamente no quarto adequado, devolveram a quantia que tínhamos pago a mais e, como gesto de cortesia, ofereceram-nos ainda uma garrafa de vinho.
Fiquei muito satisfeita com a forma profissional e atenciosa como tudo foi resolvido. É precisamente este tipo de atendimento que faz a diferença e que demonstra a qualidade de um excelente hotel. Parabéns a toda a equipa!

Cons:

Sinceramente, o único aspeto de que gostei menos foi o facto de o quarto não ter ar condicionado. A ventoinha disponibilizada é muito pequena e pouco eficiente, sobretudo nos dias mais quentes.
Na minha opinião, seria importante o hotel investir na instalação de ar condicionado nos quartos, pois iria proporcionar muito mais conforto aos hóspedes e melhorar ainda mais a experiência de estadia.

Pros:

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet og var meget tilfredse med vores oplevelse. Hotellet var rent, pænt og velholdt, og morgenmaden var både lækker og af høj kvalitet.

En særlig tak til det venlige og professionelle personale, især hr. Yuriy, som var utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsom.

Tusind tak for den gode service, gæstfrihed og varme velkomst. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet og kommer meget gerne igen.

Pros:

Quartier très agréable loin de la foule, sûrement pas très difficile de trouver meilleur hôtel dans Praha 3 au même tarif attractif , je vous le conseille vivement de chercher ailleurs.

Cons:

Bar disco ouvert de 19h à 01h c’est un des problèmes majeurs, chaque soir la musique disco techno a résonné dans notre chambre au quatrième étage….impossible de dormir, je n’ose pas imaginer le bruit dans les plus bas étages.
Salle du petit déjeuner atypique dans l’ancienne salle du théâtre non rénovée , amusant avec très hauts plafonds extrêmement bruyante, brouhaha permanent on ne s’entend pas parler dommage.
Propreté laissant à désirer, nous sommes retrouvés sans aucune serviettes de toilettes après le ménage !

Above and beyond service🌸
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. But what made my experience truly exceptional was the staff.
A very special thank you to Yuriy. He went far beyond what anyone could expect to help me when I had a problem with a package. He even spent his own time helping me and made sure everything worked out. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care meant so much to me. He was truly my hero during my stay in Prague. 😊

Pros:

Byli jsme v hotelu poprvé a určitě se vrátíme při další návštěvě Prahy. Klidný a tichý hotel blízko tramvajové zastávky, na recepci příjemní zaměstnanci a pokoje prostorné, čisté. Překvapila nás vynikající snídaně, opravdu velký výběr. Určitě přijedeme znovu. Děkujeme.

예약한 방이 에어컨 없는 방이라 조식만 보고 저렴하게 예약했는데 유럽 폭염인 시기에 가서 하필 1층 방이 배정되었길래 창문을 여니 길거리 사람들이 보인다고 조금 높은 층으로 방 바꿔줄 수 있냐 했더니 최상층 에어컨 있는 방으로 업글해주셨어요♡ 여기 조식 넘나 맛있어서 원래 아침 안 먹는 사람인데 저녁처럼 먹고 나왔어요ㅎㅎㅎ 조식 7시부터 10시까지인데 7시에 거의 갔었고 음식 종류며 맛 모두 최고였음돠! 음식 떨어지기 전에 항상 채워주셨어요~ 크로와상 짱맛있고요~ 뭐 전 여기 음식 다 맛있었네요♡ 호텔 바로 앞이 트램역이라 못가는곳 없이 다 다녔네요~ 완전 강추합니다!!!♡♡♡

Очень хорошее расположение,трамвайная остановка совсем рядом, недалеко метро, так что можно быстро доехать до любого объекта. В отеле было очень тихо
