Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Чистые, просторные номера. Бассейн чистый. Уборка производилась каждый день. В номере имеется кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Завтраки норм. Мне всё понравилось.
Недостатков нет
Dated decor, front desk would not respond to two visits about unknown water on the floor and carpet. I was expecting stains on the carpet going into our room. I think things were clean, but just heavily used. Disappointment from Hyatt
Property was easy to find and easy to get out of. The pool area was nice, nothing fancy. The gated garage was a plus. Having to pay $30+tax a night for parking was not. Overall the building was nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Having dishes and a microwave was convenient.
The carpets need to be cleaned desperately. My 6 month old had dark stains on his knees after being put down for 10 mins. There were splatter stains on the bedroom wall behind the curtain, pull out bed linen was stained and had hair on it. The repairs done to damage from previous guests was shabby work, made the room look more run down/low quality. The fridge opens into the kitchen and it is tricky to access the inside of the fridge. Those breakfast potatoes tasted like reheated McDonald’s fries. Either ditch them altogether or make them fresh (I suspect they’re frozen).
Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Location - excellent.
Staff at check-in were good, but I guess in Texas I expect southern hospitality - more friendly.
Great location near SMU. Lots of room for family and very fresh thoughtful breakfast.
Suites have everything you need.
Great place for a STAYCATION. Ask for a room away from the freeway to avoid the noise level. Otherwise nice hotel that is conveniently located to many activities
This hotel has gone downhill since my last stay. A fresh trim, on the fourth floor, had an air-conditioning that was not working properly. The room was warm and moist in the middle of summer. But worse than that, the bathroom door would not close because the toilet extended beyond the door frame. I guess it’ll be fine if you were traveling alone, but I think we all need some privacy on the toilet.
we used to enter in them to call the front desk, with no answer. When I called for my cell phone, they answered. This makes no sense.

Pool could be kept cleaner more regularly even though I didn’t use it but could see it from my room window.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Our experience started badly and only got worse. We arrived at 3:00 p.m., the hotel’s stated check-in time, and our room was not ready. I was frustrated enough that I asked for a refund. Instead, I was offered two different rooms rather than the room I had originally reserved. Then, after the employee spoke with someone else, he suddenly turned to me and said, “Sir, your room is now ready.”
It clearly was NOT ready.
When we entered the room, a maintenance worker’s tools were still inside one of the bathrooms, and an access panel in the ceiling was open, exposing valves and plumbing. A few moments later, the maintenance worker actually entered our room using his own key while my family and I were already inside. He proceeded to finish the repair and told us that we were not supposed to be in the room until he was finished. We explained that the front desk had already checked us in and specifically told us the room was ready.
Later that night, around midnight, we discovered that the bathroom floor was flooded. We TRIPPED on the wet floor but thankfully did not fall or get injured. After driving more than four hours and being completely exhausted, we put towels down to absorb the water and decided to address the issue the following morning.
The problems continued the next day. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., yet staff were already packing everything up around 9:40 a.m.
Then, at approximately 10:20 a.m., we stepped out to get ice and discovered that our room key cards had already been deactivated. We had NOT checked out, and the hotel’s check-out time was 12:00 p.m. Why would our keys be deactivated almost two hours before check-out while our belongings were still inside the room?
When I confronted the supervisor/manager about everything that had happened, his response was essentially that this is simply how they do business at his hotel. That response was extremely disappointing considering the number of issues we experienced.
There were additional problems with the room as well. The nightstands were broken, and doors and drawers would open on their own, creating another safety issue because they would stick out into the walkway where someone could easily walk into them.
I have VIDEO EVIDENCE documenting the conditions and issues described in this review.
This was not simply an inconvenience or a room that did not meet expectations. We were checked into a room that was actively undergoing maintenance, a maintenance employee entered after we had already occupied the room, we encountered a flooded bathroom floor that created a slip-and-fall hazard, the furniture presented additional safety concerns, and our room access was disabled well before the stated check-out time.
For the amount of money guests pay and the basic expectations of safety, privacy, and customer service, this experience was completely unacceptable.
Without question, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Location is convienant, I've stayed here a lot over the past couple of years for work. However as a Globalist there are no benefits offered at this hotel and they always ask me if I've ever stayed here before. I used to park for free and now they charge $29 per day to park in their garage. I stay here because they have a kitchen and refrigerator but its not worth the stay anymore. Their breakfast isn't very good and they always breakdown early.
