I loved the breakfast, exceeded my expectations

Location; with Kitchenware

Husband and i visited passing through Dallas This is a clean hotel in a great location. They have a great breakfast Rooms are clean and very large!

The hotel needs some serious updating and attention to the landscaping.
One ice machine for the whole building. (Located on the top floor)
Overpriced Extended Stay.
I'm giving it a three star rating due to its location - off the beaten path and quite.

Location was very good and easily accessible

Use to stay here 4-5 times a year but stopped because of issues that hotel would not address. Always made reservations way ahead of time but you never knew what you would get until you arrived no matter what you reserved. Lots of updating or at least maintaining needs to be done. The location is the only plus for this hotel. We stopped staying there after many years. Just more and more frustration after frustration. Sad.

My car was burglarized overnight in the hotel parking lot. There were no visible security cameras, no warning signs, and I was never offered secure parking at check-in.

The supervisor on duty did not take my concerns seriously. An employee even told me this happens often here, yet management denied it.

The General Manager later said the hotel’s insurance would cover the damage, but nearly three weeks later there has been no resolution—only empty follow-up calls. I did not feel safe staying here.

I’m a World of Hyatt Explorist member and have never experienced anything like this at other Hyatt properties. The only compensation was a refund of points I had already used for the stay, which is completely inadequate given the situation.

I would not recommend staying here if you value safety or accountability.

I love this location! The staff is very professional and hospitable. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. This is my “home” anytime I’m in the downtown Dallas area!

not to bad but very dated the bathroom in 410 might have black mold. my toilet chain broke so I called the front desk they sent someone to fix and they replaced the chain but they did not flush the toilet and the chain was to long so I had to tie a knot in the chain so it would flush. you would think they would have tried it before leaving the room

Great location BUT hotel is very tired and appears that Hyatt has not put any money back into decor and updating for many years. Lots of deferred maintenance. Good cleanliness. Breakfast was ok - about what you expect from a hotel breakfast buffet.

Clean, big rooms. Clean lobby & elevators

The breakfast is fresh and has many choices. One of the reasons I stay here when I come to Dallas.
