When we came to hotel, they charged room price and quarantee price. I understand those. But morning when i was woke up they have charget More. I asked why, they couldn't tell. But they say that i got money back in 10 days

Smack in the middle of Dallas with everything you’ll need within minutes.
Pros:

Wonderful staff and convenient location. Well maintained and safe property. Do wish the breakfast was an optional feature so that those of us who are on special diets and taking advantage of the in suite kitchens would could benefit in a reduced rate.

Overall, great! With slight changes, could make a stay like home.
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to the college and other amenities like food, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the property seemed a little dated. The doors could change to be more sturdy. During my stay, I could hear what was happening down the hall. Doors slamming shut and the bolt lock would come undone. The bathroom could also be updated to reflect more high end living.

Would recommend
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Close to the George W Bush Presidential Library.

Cons:

The hotel hallways are dated and tired looking but the delightful staff and nice clean rooms made up for it.
The description of the beds in Booking.com states large double bed in the King suite but it is actually an American King size bed.
