For the most part, my stay was good outside of the issues with the room key to get into my room
Pros:

It was at a perfect location for walking to the beach and or the shopping centers.

Cons:

My room key continuously did not work and I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, trying multiple keys and then the person at the desk had to eventually come and open my room door with a regular key and not a card key and that became very annoying.

Ok value for the money, but it needs a refurbishment
Pros:

Great location, relatively cheap compared to the area.

Cons:

The hotel needs a refurbishment, the wear is visible. AC was loud and we couldn’t turn it off. Bed was clean, but the floor and the doors were sticking, You can hear everything coming from the streets and the corridor.

Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado, bien precio y un personal excelente, en especial Sebastian
Pros:

Muy buena relación calidad precio. La habitación cómoda excelente baño y cama

Cons:

El desayuno se sirve e otro hotel y no es cerca para ir caminando (18 minutos)

kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptırmıştık fakat kahvaltıyı otelden 25 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklıkta başka bir otelde yapabilirsiniz orayla anlaşmamız var denildi ve bu hiçbir yerde yazmıyor ve utanmadan resepsiyondaki arkadaş bize kahvaltı yapacağınız yer sadece 5-7 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklıkta demişti ama halbuki öyle değildi ve kahvaltı dahil olarak rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen 1 kere bile kahvaltı yapmadan tatili tamamladık ayrıca sakın fotoğraflardaki görüntüye aldırış etmeyin odaların yakından uzaktan fotoğraflarla alakası yoktu ve ayrıca camlar odanın duvarının çok yukarısında kaldığı için odalar karanlıktı.

Contrate este hotel porque ofrecia desayuno al ingresar me informan que el desayuno se sirve en otra institucion. El hotel esta en el 944 de Washington AV y habia que caminar todos los dias mas de 11 cuadras para poder recibir el desayuno. Esto deberia aclararlo antes de la reserva de lo contrario corresponde que lo brinden en el lugar o que te asignen una habitacion donde se sirve el mismo
