Ár-érték arányban megfelelő szállás. Az elhelyezkedése is jó. A személyzet segítőkész volt

Cons:

A kapott 2 kulcskártyával szinte sose tudtuk kinyitni az ajtót. Mindig a személyzet saját kulcsával kellett bejutnunk. A szobánk ablaka alatt egy generátor volt és iszonyat hangja volt.

No tienen caja fuerte en la habitación, pero al menos permiten dejarles tu equipaje una vez que terminas tu estadía.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Wir haben auf Anfrage ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen, das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut.

Einer der beiden Herren an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenso die Dame vom Housekeeping.

Cons:

Der reguläre Checkin ist um 4 pm. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bereits morgens um 10:00 Uhr ganz problemlos an der Rezeption abstellen und den Tag in Miami genießen.
Als wir um circa 3:15 pm am Hotel wieder angekommen sind, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir noch bis 4 pm warten müssen. Allerdings hatten wir zwei Möglichkeiten bekommen, um schon früher einzuchecken: entweder wir bezahlen 20 $ oder wir geben sofort eine positive Google Bewertung ab. Sofort eine positive Bewertung anzufordern ohne das Zimmer bzw. mehr vom Hotel gesehen zu haben ist aus meiner Sicht absolut unakzeptabel. Vermutlich kommen so viele positive Bewertungen zustande, die nicht wirklich aussagekräftig sind.
Dazu kommt, dass der Herr an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und absolut überheblich gewirkt hat. Sein Kollege, der zuvor da war, war sehr zuvorkommend - ebenso die Housekeeping-Dame.
