A shambles …
Pros:

Stayed here the night before embarking on cruise ship.. it was awful nothing working in the room . Bathroom delapidated.. very noisy . Couldn’t wait to leave Cruise1st booked it as a package should be ashamed. Not even a 2 star. 3 couples all stayed and agreed

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the location is only 10 minutes from the beach and the hotel staff are fantastic especially Louis, the rooms are very nice and clean, I would recommend this hotel so pleat book it as you would not be disappointed xx

The people the staff are amazing. The restaurant next-door not affiliated with the hotel was absolutely amazing.
