FAILURE OF BUSINESS ETHICS
Pros:

We are students who saved for months for this trip. The hotel cancelled our reservation before arrival due to an age policy that was NOT clearly disclosed during booking. Despite being the ones to cancel, they are refusing to refund our money. This is a complete failure of business ethics—taking money from students for a service they refused to provide. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid if you value transparency.

A cozy hotel in a great location.

Cons:

La réceptionniste Isabella nous a demandé 20 dollars pour déposer nos bagages en matinée et nous a précisé que ce serait gratuit tout comme l'accès anticipé à la chambre si nous déposions sur le moment un avis positif sur google mentionnant favorablement son prénom ce qui est une méthode très contestable et manquant de professionnalisme. Autrement, la chambre sentait le renfermé et l'humidité + était très mal insonorisée + les lits étaient inconfortables du fait de leur ancienneté. Des clientes occupant la chambre 108 nous ont réveillés la seconde nuit à 23H30 puis 01H30 du matin en hurlant et gloussant dans les couloirs sans que le réceptionniste n'intervienne malgré notre demande; ce même réceptionniste nous a réveillés à 03H00 du matin en rigolant et parlant très fort longuement avec des clients ou amis avec lesquels il était attablé, il s'est excusé suite à ma demande de faire silence. La porte de la chambre 109 ne s'ouvre qu'en la poussant très très fortement, même la femme de ménage et la réceptionniste ont dû donner des coups d'épaule pour l'ouvrir. L'hôtel est très bruyant, nous entendions chaque bruit extérieur et interne à l'hôtel depuis la chambre 109 qui nous avait été attribuée. Les photos de la chambre sur Booking étaient légèrement différentes en termes de décoration. Le réceptionniste nous avait dit lors du check-out que la caution serait restituée sous 48H mais avons dû attendre 5 jours pour cela suite à une relance de notre part, les hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné ensuite ont mis moins de temps à nous la restituer. La vue de la chambre sur l'extérieur était deplorable. Très mauvaise et décevante expérience.

We were in town for the NCAA Championship game. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel is in a great location!

Great Company, loved the charm. Walking distance from the beach and many great restraunts

Loved our room location. Bathroom was large- We had the handicap bathroom and although at first when I walked into the room it turned me off, but it ended up being a nice surprise as the shower was huge. Beding and sheets were crisp. Staff was attentive. AC worked great!

Cons:

.Maybe the extra fees, but I guess that could be anywhere in Miami, or the advertisement of free complimentary happy hour---then to find out it is a 22 minute walk from the hotel at a stister hotel. Why not at the Chelsea location.

Best hotel!
Pros:

Allowed us to check in 3 hours early with no extra fees! Staff was so nice and accommodating and room was clean and comfy. 10/10 we will be back whenever we visit Miami again!
