Hidden Parking Fees
Pros:

Room was stylish, modern,and everything was in good repair. Location was very convenient to the Art District and every museum was within walking distance.

Cons:

They spring a 40 dollar per day parking fee on you. It's effectively a bait and switch tactic. You think you are getting a great deal on a room only to find out after fees you are paying what every other hotel room in the area costs. Booking.com did not mention the parking fees.
The walls are also super thin and poorly insulated and you hear it everytime your neighbor runs the water or flushes the toilet. My neighbor kept waking us up all night long.

We were in town for a concert. As I had taken my heels off when arriving back to the hotel, I was in socks. As soon as I entered the hallway to go to my room my feet got soaking wet. It was right in front of an air conditioner unit. I kept walking my feet got wet again in front of another air conditioner unit. Then I walked into my room and was greeted with the most intense mold and mildew smell I've ever encountered! This hotel has got some serious issues with their HVAC system and mold in my opinion. Unfortunately I cannot recommend for someone else to stay

Great hotel
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nice. The room was very clean and spacious. I will diffintley stay here again when in the area.
