The fact that my card was charged before check out date even though I was told it was on hold. There was a hole in the ceiling of shower, the air conditioner was extremely loud, there should be better options, had to pay for parking for the price of facilities…

Clean and spacious place
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance of where we needed to be. Parking is covered and private.

Cons:

The bed was hard and the pillows were ultra flat, like basically nonexistent when you lay on them. The window pane was falling off. There was a crack underneath the pane in the foundation big enough to let light in. You could literally grab the pane and pull it away and the only thing holding it on was it still being attached in one corner. Because of this, it sounded as if the window was open the entire time which was no good since we were facing the busy street. Sleep was impossible once traffic started coming in. I told staff and she said they already knew about it. When I told her we got no sleep because of it all she said was sorry.

Cons:

Breakfast is not good. More options are needed and food needs to be separated because of cross-contamination. There were kolaches and salmon fillets in the same container and the fish smelled terrible.

la habitación, al menos las de la planta primera está humedo el suelo, me tuvieron q cambiar de habitación x el agua q se filtraba desde el suelo. Está anticuado y el mobiliario de la habitación es bastante mejorable

Fantastic room in a great downtown location. Sad I was only in Dallas for such a short trip.
Pros:

Loved the size and comfort of the room. Parking on the same level as my room was convenient. Breakfast was a nice added bonus.

Hyatt house was a great place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and perfect temperature. I loved the variety both days. The pool area was inviting and clean. There was a lovely kitchenette in my room that exceeded my expectations.

We will definitely be back.
Pros:

The staff were all really kind and helpful. Billy was so great with the bar and food service. The pool was lovely and always stocked with towels. It’s wonderful to have the kitchens all stocked.

Cons:

Somewhat dated but absolutely clean and well cared for.
