Pros:

The room was a big size and the kitchenette was nice to have. The free breakfast was also convenient.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in time and we were told to come back in 30 minutes. Also parking wasn't free and was an additional $40.

Pros:

Rooms were older but well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but Tammy was wonderful! She made my daughter the most delicious chocolate chip Texas (shaped) waffle and helped me take all our food/drinks to our room.

Cons:

It wasn't as close to downtown food/entertainment as I thought, about a 30+ minute walk. And the hallways could use some updates, especially the carpet.

Great place to stay in uptown
Pros:

Staff was great and the breakfast was good. The lady making the waffles went above and beyond and was amazing. Hotel was nice and in a great spot near the American Airlines Arena.

Great if you plan to visit AA arena
Pros:

Good location near the stadium but noisy. Good breakfast, big parking. A comfortable big room with a kitchen.

Cons:

Noise from the street, noise from A/C and poor soundproofing.
Parking requires the extra payment 35$+ tax.

Great value! Great location
Pros:

The staff is so friendly. They even remembered our names from our previous stays.. The pillows are the BEST! It's so convenient for us when we go to Maverick's games. Breakfast is great

Will stay here again.
Pros:

The location because it is a close walk to AA Center.

Cons:

The street noise especially from the ballpark across the street. It was a little annoying but it didn’t really disturb our sleep much overall.
