I went to have breakfast at 5.30am and ordered and paid for a full hot buffet however I wasn't informed that before 6am it is just continental breakfast, so I tried to get my money back however they said that they couldn't refund me. In the end I got the front desk to get me on a later shuttle which was fine however I didn't have as much check in time

Not far from airport, good shuttle although no frequent, clean rooms and good facilities
It is an airport hotel so you good for that but nothing else around
Handy location, clean and nice food food.
300ml milk so could have more than one hot drink xx 😘 Good size towels, pillow selection. Catered well for us.
Short stay!
Well run friendly professional FOH reception staff. Good facilities in room. The Yellow Bus is easier to use fir location pickup than the shuttle was but a bit more wait time at the airport. Love having onsite food options.
My room 1133 had a smell like frying food, more so in the bathroom. The fluffy blanket had marks or dirt on it? I mentioned this same thing about the blanket last time.
Great breakfast buffet. Be sure to include it in your room reservation. Especially, since there aren't really any nearby options.
Ideally there would be amenities within walking distance, but there are almost none. The neighborhood is residential on one side, freeway on the other, industrial on the other.
Check in / out were very smooth, the room was spacious and well equipped, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. We have stayed at this hotel for a number of times and will stay again.
