Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and good shower.
Bed comfortable. We ate at the restaurant which was nice.

It fits the purpose prior to a welcome break from NZ
Pros:

We stay here several times each year prior to overseas travel. We have a 5 hour drive from our home to the hotel so we appreciate returning to a hotel we know fits our requirements prior to leaving NZ.
The location of the restaurant and bar near to reception and internal access to bedroom wing(especially in the never ending rain) is a plus
The provision of car parking is a plus for us and also availability of the bus to Akld airport ( both domestic and international) on a 24 hr basis at no charge.

Pros:

Excellent location for those wishing to be near the airport. Free bus to airport was great. Had the best lamb shank in the downstairs restaurant. All facilities were way above average.

Pros:

Stayed here three times in a row as my hotel of choice on family visits to Auckland and for a conference. Love the friendly vibe and the diversity of staff. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant - meals are great. It’s quiet, convenient to the airport, city and Manawa Mall. Hotel cat is very cute too.

The staff were very helpful, catered to every request we had and were very friendly. Definitely booking again!
Pros:

The staff & service were amazing, always recommended great things. We were only there for a short time, prefect location for everything we needed.

Cons:

The smell of the rooms. There was an off smell with the room we were in, aired out the room a couple times but the smell was still there. Didn’t smell it anywhere else, just our room.

Great overnight place, will definately be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was soft, bathroom clean, and lots of toiletries to use. Love the Kōura bathroom products too!
