Pros:

I'm a frequent stayer at the jet park, such a familiar place and good value for money

Cons:

The room had no instructions at all on how to use the TV, there was a phone but no idea how to get hold of reception. I had to call the 0800 number to get through to them.
The side lights at the bed weren't working, I had 2 people come up and look and although I was offered a room change I was settled and didn't want to do that. Was a little inconvenient but not a major

Lovely hotel with great onsite restaurant
Pros:

Great location with shuttle bus connection to airport. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. Restaurant onsite was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not great pillows - way too soft.

for $170 the 1st room was way too small, the express room I think it is called, definitely not value for money, and having no microwaves in the rooms

Good for airport transfer.
Pros:

Friendly staff.
Excellent complimentary airport shuttle service (using Yellow Bus).
Delicious dinner at in-house restaurant.

Cons:

Noisy. Road noise has not been muffled by addition of window layering.

Beds are soft.
