Bad night at a good hotel.
Pros:

We were put in the room furtherest from reception.
As I am a kidney transplant recipient with reduced blood flow in my legs I found the distance very difficult to walk.

Cons:

Restaurant was very busy and the staff ignored us for almost an hour before taking our orders yet still forgot half of what we ordered plus never did bring us cutlery or napkins.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great overnighter before flight in the morning, shuttle to and from airport included. Comfortable bed and nice clean room.

Pros:

Murray, Has for a long time managed the Jet park Auckland. He deserves a lot of credit for keeping the hotel operating to a very high standard at a very fair room rate.

Very relaxing and a good base for the Airport with a nice bar and restaurant.
Pros:

The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. It was very clean with great facilities. We took the free transfer to the airport which was very frequent and simple. The bar even had a happy hour (4 hrs) 4 til 8pm. The food was very nice our room was spotless and the bathroom too.
I couldn’t fault it.
