The service is great! The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The bed is smaller compared to other hotels we stayed in. The water doesn't go away quick enough in the shower area so it can flood a little. The room has some smell.

Great hotel if location isn’t an issue for you.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, they went above and beyond. When we asked for anything we had it in minutes. I loved the pillow menu and the massive bath tub.

Cons:

The breakfast was amazing day 1 with alacarte and buffet options but then from day 2 it was buffet only, the breakfast is expensive and we weren’t offered any refund for missing the full experience.
