ホテルとしての格や宿泊施設は最高でした。
Pros:

設備及び施設はかなり良かった。
スタッフの対応もしっかりしていてこれまで７回の台湾の旅行で最高でした。また、台北から帰国する便が早朝だったので車の手配やbreakfast box を用意していただいてとても助かりました。

Cons:

朝食がバラエティさに欠けていたのが残念でした。これまでに４か所のホテルに宿泊をしましたが、他のホテルでは麺類を始めとする台湾らしい料理やパンの種類も豊富でバリエーションが豊だったので少し期待外れでした。

チェックイン時のトラブルが残念だった。
Pros:

ドアマンの対応がとても良かった。朝食も日本人向けだと思う。部屋も清潔だった。。

Cons:

コーヒーメーカーやポットなどは白いカルキがこびりついていて使えなかった。また日本人スタッフがいる。と記載があるが到着日には不在でデポジットの件などで意思疎通が上手くいかなかった。日本語の説明の紙を見せられたが、よくわからない内容だった。朝食付きで予約したが、朝食無しと言われて調べてもらったりとチェックイン時の対応で非常にがっかりした。
ツアーで泊まるには良いと思うが、英語や中国語が堪能でない人の個人手配はあまりおすすめできない。

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel surtout celle d’une jeune fille le dernier jour quand nous avons récupéré nos bagages et qui nous a proposé de prendre une douche avant notre départ pour l’aéroport Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié Une énorme merci
La salle du petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner varié Le premier jour nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir commander le French toast qui est un véritable régal Ils ne l’ont plus proposé les autres jours dommage
La chambre est confortable avec une bonne literie et la salle de bain était parfaite
Tout l’hôtel est parfaitement meublé
L’hôtel est bien placé juste en face d’une station de bus mais vous pouvez avoir des taxis ou VTC très facilement

Absolutely impeccable service, and the greatest free upgrade of my entire life
Pros:

Some of the best service and attitude from a hotel I have gotten in my life. I was upgraded to a phenomenal suite, and the staff had the upmost care for my experience and my wellbeing. They record the identification of any taxi they call for you and make sure you will safely reach your destination and return the same.
