Insatisfecho porque no respetaron el precio de la reserva (S/. 2.597,00). Me cobraron US$ 907,74.
Pros:

El desayuno fue adecuado; sin embargo no fue incluido a pesar que me cobraron una tarifa más alta que la de reserva y la pagué con la tarjeta de crédito que me dijeron que no había funcionado.

Cons:

Un trato más amable en la recepción.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Lima
Pros:

El personal se esmeró en cubrir todas las necesidades que pudieron aparecer independientemente de la hora a la que se solicitara. Coordinaron tours y restaurantes sin problema volviendo todo una muy buena experiencia.

Cons:

Todo está a un taxi de distancia. Mínimo un kilómetro de tiendas y restaurantes. En todo caso, si te hospedas en un hotel como este dudo que eso sea una real molestia.

Pros:

Ubicación y atención de Eduardo nos dui muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y nos atendió muy bien, fue lejos lo mejor del Hotel, la decoración también es muy bonita y la habitación era cómoda

Servicio de recepción, mala atención, nos entregaron la llave sin la clave de internet gratis, luego me aburrí de llamar tuve que baja en pijama para que me dieran la clave, poco personal, las instalaciones y lugar esta perfecto, pero el personal exceptuando Eduardo, el resto deja mucho que desear
