Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location was perfect for what I had planned and the view of the lake was spectacular!! Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel cleanliness was beyond my expectations!! Would definitely be back!!
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
We liked the fact that the staff accepted our booking for the one night as it was an emergency. We didn't have any toothbrush/toiletries & they were very willing to assist with that.
There was a light behind the back of the TV that was unable to be turned off. So had to sleep with a slight bit of light in the room.
The staff especially the front desk were really cordial and helpful. The room cleaning staff was great as well

The location was great for us
As I often do - smelled mold in the room on arrival - there are a couple of places in the grout in shower that need to be taken care of -
Location and Free private parking is best part about this hotel. The Lobby was nice and clean even on a busy night.
The parking garage was covered in leaves didn’t know what I was stepping on when I got out of my car. The pool was not heated and they said they were gonna send someone and after waiting 30 minutes we just went back to the room. The room smelled and the room looked very outdated.
