Great hotel, location, and lovely staff
Pros:

Great staff, beautiful architecture. High floor is recommended. Taxi stand outside is expensive compared to yellow taxis across the street, but you go in a lexus or Mercedes for about 60us to the airport (1hr), which is an impressive driving task that all uber,taxi, and limo drivers handle with amazing calm and skill. The shower in the room was luxury.

The mattress was comfortable and new, but a little firmer than I prefer

The Team at this hotel care about their guests.
Pros:

I managed to leave a bag in my taxi when I arrived at the hotel. The Hotel Manager went above and beyond to first help us try to track the taxi and when that failed, then to replace the lost items including very necessary prescription medications.

Cons:

I was more than satisfied with everything about the property.

We spent 15 days in Peru and this was the worst place we stayed in.
Pros:

The view from the room was wonderful.

Cons:

I advised of an international work meeting scheduled during early hours before arrival. No response.
They did not have a room for me to use, instead I was told to use the lounge, and was told it would be empty by 0030hr. I was forced to sit on the floor behind a column to minimise the noise. The loud music continued even when the place was empty. The meeting did not go too well.

Silver Wedding celebrstiln

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Miraflores, Perú, was truly wonderful. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary, and the staff made us feel very special with thoughtful touches including a small cake, a bottle of wine, macarons, and complimentary cocktails.

Our room was extremely comfortable, featuring spectacular ocean views and a large bathtub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also sensational, with an excellent selection.

We enjoyed the hotel so much that we invited our family for a buffet lunch the next day, which was delicious and offered a great variety of both Peruvian and international dishes.

The only minor disappointment was the early check-in process. We were told we would be called when our room was ready, but unfortunately we never received a call. However,
we were offered a midday check out.
Overall, a fantastic stay and a memorable celebration—we would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel.

La atención en general es muy buena, en especial Johan y Edurado en el buffet de desayuno

Cons:

Necesité contactar a servicio de habitación y recepción y llamé tres veces y nadie me contestó. La iluminación tiene mal diseño porque no se puede leer y uno no se puede afeitar. Las cámas son cómodas pero el cobertor es totalmente acrílico y desagradable ya que hace transpirar demasiado. En el buffet de desayuno no hay productos para diabéticos

Bonita vista
Pros:

Me gustó la hermosa vista desde la habitación, el baño estaba muy bonito y cómodo (tenía shampoo, enjuague bucal, cepillo, secadors de cabello, jabones, etc de detalles por si los olvidaste en casa).
Ls iluminación dentro de la habitación es simplemente perfecta.

Cons:

Que era complicado poner canales en la tv.
Pueden mejorar las camas, me parecen de un estilo simple, esperaba un poco más de detalle.
Y la ducha española estaba algo dura de usar.

Get a room on the club level!
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights while on a family vacation in Lima. The rooms have gorgeous views of the city or ocean and are very spacious and clean. We stayed on the club level which had a great lounge with meals, snacks and beverages throughout the day, and the service and staff were fantastic. The location was also perfect for exploring locally. Would definitely recommend and return.

Charging has no limit .
Pros:

Just paid $ 110 CDN for a Margarita and a Vodka Martini . Taxi to airport from them is
$ 60 US versus $ 15 if you book an Uber . This place takes gouging to a new level . Beware unless you don’t care .
