Relaxing and great hospitality.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious 😋 the food was well prepared and the omelet was great. The location was close to the downtown center mall, easy to walk to shops and dining. I was pleased, the staff are very hospitable and helpful to answer any questions we asked.

Cons:

The door to open the balcony was stuck.

Pros:

The remodeled rooms are nice, spacious and modern.

Cons:

Reception staff could improve a lot.
The hotel is outdated. I know the hotel is under renovations but no ac the bar, the guys at the valet wont help you with loading your bags in the car.. the slippers are cheap quality.

Ya sido súper difícil que me manden la factura del hotel. Me enviaron después del check out solo el invoice de incidentals, no del costó de la habitación y es dificilísimo que vuelvan a llamar n irá la info bien

Rooms have improved although pricey
Pros:

Very expensive. Rooms have been fully refurbished and finally it feels like a luxury hotel again (see my prior review of this property). Lobby still needs some work and driveway is awkward as the hotel is connected to an office building and there are tons of stairs. Executive lounge provides an acceptable breakfast, but not as generous as in the past. Convenient if you need to do business at or near Brickell. Overpriced like everything else in Miami!
