Magical hotel, great location, spotless prop, delicious food, great drinks, & exceptional staff xx
Pros:

Breakfast & Dinner Delicious, Drinks & Cocktails yummy. Room was spotless & had the basics for a one nighter. The Hotel itself on entering is magical & the location of the hotel was superb. The Staff - each & everyone of them could not do enough for us. From the checkin, to restaurant to bar to breakfast staff. You should be really proud of each & every one of them. I am sure back staff are too as food was delicious & property spotless.

Cons:

Room Noisy from outside fans to the back and noisy from ladies partying in front rooms at the front - but for a one nighter it was just fine. I would have requested a move if we were staying more than one night. When we came up on the lift we nearly tripped over a hoover lead. The staff were hoovering stairway with the lead going across the lift - just to be careful. They didnt see us as they were on the phone ;-)

Pros:

The location was ideal, the check in was efficent , warm and friendly. The bar staff were attentive and food was top notch.

Cons:

The decor in the bathroom was a tad shabby and could have done with some painting. More towels could have been given and some cushions on the bed were lacking.

Great central location but comes at a price for both your pocket and ears!
Pros:

Staff were really nice. I had dinner twice and can recommend the salmon and chicken burger.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from outside as it's town center so expect to hear loud music, shouting and speeding cars till the early hours. This I expected due to the location.

Bed was creaky so was annoying everytime I moved. Pillows were really flat too.
