Please note, there is no onsite parking with the Hotel there is a car park in the church next door. It costs EUR 1.20 per hour, and is free over night after 18.30. Alternatively, there is a car park located within a 5 minute walk from hotel. It costs EUR 0.6 per hour and vehicles can be kept over night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

its not a fault and i understand why there is a set menu in the restaurant, i would have like to see more choice.. the staff were great..

Overpriced for an average stay.
Pros:

This hotel is in an ideal location situated in the centre of the town, within walking distance of all amenities.

Cons:

I made an honest mistake when booking my two rooms and ended up with one (instead of two guests) in one of the double rooms. I immediately contacted the hotel who told me to tell the staff on arrival and that I would be charged for an extra breakfast only. On arrival, the woman at reception INSISTED that the policy was to pay an extra €50 per guest and would not accept any other explanation. Sadly, honesty doesn't pay in Tralee.
No parking at the hotel.
Breakfast was mediocre.

Mi dispiace sempre fare una recensione negativa ma qui la delusione era tanta!
Pros:

Per dire la verità non tantissimo, la posizione è abbastanza buona nel centro di Tralee ma l'assenza di un parcheggio rende la cosa un po' più difficoltosa soprattutto come quando sono arrivato io con 2 valigie e uno zaino con pioggia forte e ho trovato parcheggio a circa 200metri! L'ingresso, il pub/ristorante sono belli in stile tipico irlandese ma le cose che sono piaciute per me finiscono lì.

Cons:

L'assenza di un parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, la signora che era alla reception al mio arrivo, non era molto empatica, con poca pazienza e aveva l'aria abbastanza scocciata/irritata. La stanza era abbastanza grande ma l'arredamento vecchio e usurato (materasso), la pulizia lasciava a desiderare con macchie probabilmente da infiltrazioni sul soffitto, ragnatele visibili in diversi punti. Anche nel bagno la pulizia lasciava a desiderare con peli rimasti per terra e nella vasca da bagno, gli asciugamani/teli doccia sembravano usurati e in uno c'erano persino delle macchie nere. La colazione disponibile era quella "continentale" anche se sembra che normalmente avessero una colazione completa all'irlandese che però in quel giorno non era disponibile. La colazione "continentale" era abbastanza scarsa. Per un prezzo di oltre €95,00 (includendo la colazione), devo dire di essere rimasto abbastanza deluso.
