Great place to stay.
Pros:

Good location for the E4. Lovely staff and comfy room. Breakfast is superb with lots of choice.

Prisvärt boende med kanonfrukost!
Pros:

Toppenfint frukost! Egen inhägnad parkering med möjlighet till elbilsladdning. Promenadavstånd till T-banan, vilket gjorde det smidigt att ta sig in till stan.

Cons:

Separat kostnad för parkering och laddning. Hade ju varit fint om parkeringskostnaden ingick när man laddade.

Jag genomförde bokningen via Booking.com. Efter dubbelbokningen hänvisade Booking.com mig till hotellet, och hotellet i sin tur säger att det inte är deras ansvar. Som kund hamnar jag då mellan två parter och riskerar att förlora mina pengar, trots att felet inte berodde på mig.

Jag förväntar mig att ni utreder detta internt och återkommer med en lösning, istället för att hänvisa mig vidare.

Nära och bra bilparkering.

Cons:

Verkar ha ett krångligt bokningssystem. De som jobbade i receptionen klickade i evigheter för att kunna ge oss ett nyckelkort till rummen och även när frukost skulle beställas. Sedan sa de när vi checkade ut att vi inte hade betalat frukosten, men sen hittade de betalningen i systemet. Kändes som de ville lura av oss 129 kr till.

Personalet, frokost servering og rommet var rent i utgangspunktet.

Cons:

Det ble ikke skiftet håndkle, og sengetøy i 5 dager. All søpla ble ikke kastet i 5 dager. Ingen regngjøring ble foretatt ila oppholdet, men det var rent første gangen vi kom inn, men ikke deretter.
