The room and breakfast.

Cons:

The location. You can only make a right turn once you exit from the hotel. If you go to the restaurant, store, or any facilities you have to exit to the freeway and go around in order to go back to the hotel. There's no closet to hang clothes. Female receptionist ran me around regarding shuttle. I have asked her three times regarding shuttle all her response was come back tomorrow am then the following day she said later in the afternoon. The gentleman in the afternoon shift explain how it works and he is very helpful.

24 hour airport shuttle very helpful
Pros:

Check in was fast. The room was clean, inviting and comfortable, ... especially after a long flight. I also really appreciate your 24 hour shuttle to and from airport. We chose the hotel because u were one of the few who had 24 hour shuttle..... many of the others were restricted on shuttle hours for early or late flights. Thank you for the convenience for those of us with late flights.

THE AREA

Checked in and the Assistant Manager gave us a key to someone else's room. We walked in and thank God they were not there, this could have been terrible. Finally, I got a key to a different room and it didn't work, so I had to go back and get another key. Once we entered the room, the TV DIDN'T WORK... TV'S WERE OUT..BUT THEY DIDN'T LET ANYONE KNOW THIS BEFORE TAKING OUR MONEY.Before checking out I discussed this with the manager and he did not offer any kind of discount or refund!! Very disappointed 😞

The customer was at a disadvantage, due to bad weather and limited information..

I didn't like the fact, there was no television and the staff never mentioned it until after you inquired about it...The customer should've been given the opportunity to decide, if they wanted to stay., based on no cable....They also told the customer, the cable guy was on the way and lastly, we were told no adjustments would be made for our stay...
