My room was clean and quiet, the location was close to the airport, main hwy and not in the downtown hustle. I arrived near midnight and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The included breakfast was perfect for starting my day. The only extra I payed for was parking and the price of parking was a minimal $5, which is cheap compared to most of the parking in Nashville and there was a security guard. At the end of my visit I was attending a concert in the downtown area and stayed at another hotel in the area near the concert venue and payed 10x as much per night for parking. .
The location was great.
The entire place was dirty and run down. Carpets are dirty and loose, linens were stained on the freshly made bed, every trash can was overflowing, the room was very warm because the AC was turned off. In July. Knowing the room was going to be occupied that night, they didn’t have the courtesy to make it comfortable. It took hours to cool the room down to 74. There was not enough parking in the tiny lot.
Its always good staying here.
The hotel started charging 5.00 dollar parking per day. At night we were not able to get a parking spot. Me and I few other guests had to park our vehicles on the ramp coming out of the garage.

Access and exit from property is problematic. No left turn when exiting the property due to road layout.
Parking should be included in cost and also it takes 5 minutes (on an app) to pay rather than a simple desk payment. Not ideal after a transatlantic flight
