If i could give zero stars, i would. We booked last minute due to an emergency with my daughter that had been hospitalized and after calling multiple other properties (orientation for the university and a baseball tourney had the town sold out). My husband stayed the first night by himself so i could stay at the hospital and ended up barricading the door because he felt unsafe. The second night, approaching the room and there were several men hanging out on the walkway in front of our room, drinking and being loud. We went to the office to cancel our reservation after being told that "this is the side of the building that they put construction workers and other transient guests"... they offered to move us to the other side but couldn't guarantee availability. At this point, we all needed a solid nights sleep without worrying, we were able to find something else (nicer and for less money...what a rip off at Quality Inn). We calked Expedia to assist with refund as the hotel would not comply. If pur safety wasn't a concern, i wouldn't have bothered, but buyer beware! The 8.2/10 rating is false advertising !
The motel was in poor condition. The staff did not check for trash or replace anything in the room for 4 night stay. They had trash stacked up outside the room by the pool. Very poor service and cleanliness.
The pool was closed. No hot water to take a shower
Our room was clean, but the area was noisy. Very close to highway. Some dining options and near the university. We were only there 1 night-so it met our needs and was a value. Breakfast was limited and supplies were low. Staff was friendly, but again, low supplies.
Overall clean but it's old and needs to updated room furnishings. Pool was locked up due to cloranation issue or testing so that was sad. Staff very good and friendly
You have a prostitution ring at the facility that needs to be tended to in your swimming pool. Looks like somebody pooped and peed in it for years.
People were smoking outside the room and it came inside. The room smelled musty. The front staff were very pleasant and friendly.
It was nicer than I expected
I have used Hotel.com for many years and this is the absolute worst hotel that I have ever seen. The rooms were absolutely filthy, and unfit to stay in. I can't believe that this is advertised by your company. I was offered two rooms and they both were the same. There was empty food containers, dirty clothing and dirty bed linen. This place was not fit for human occupation. The picture ad is misleading to say the least. I will never visit another Quality Inn. I was so disappointed that I didn't think to take pictures. I left the property, and had to pay twice as much as the NCAA Track event was in town which booked all hotels in town.
Everyone crammed in like sardines, pool closed. Sketchy surroundings.

Loved it
Ac worked and quick check in
Ok stay, they have done some updates but it doesn’t feel clean, the rooms had a smell and were stuffy. Bugs. Enough said.
For the price I paid I feel like got the worst hotel in Fayetteville
Quite clean
was ok...close to highway
Location to University.
Got in late in the evening, the TV was left on, the remote didn’t work. You could see the light from outside under the door. The lock was jammed a lot. The AC was so loud you couldn’t effectively use it.
Light switches did nothing. There was a black substance splattered up the wall. The refrigerator had so much ice in it that nothing could go in the ice box. The fridge wasn’t super cold.
Very dirty
