The most magical spot on the Nile
Pros:

This was the most amazing accomodation. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all amazing. Great options for food and drinks on site. Easy to check in and organise airport taxi with their in house Nasco Tours. We wish we stayed longer.

Super hôtel, je recommande
Pros:

Super hôtel, magnifique, au bord du Nil.
Le personnel était très bien, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
L'hotel est bien équipé

Nice hotel but spoiled by shop area staff

Clean good location
Staff in reception and dining areas very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The shop area.. male store owner was inappropriate and very intimidating, and there was no way to avoid him back to our room. We did discuss with manager, who did take our concerns seriously. We did not like having to pay extra ( expensive) for spa, which is a concession

Pas le standard d’un 5 étoiles
Pros:

J’ai aimé le personnel. Professionnel et prêt à trouver des solutions. L’établissement est calme et propre.
Belles piscines et jolie chambre.

Cons:

Helas l’établissement selon moi n’est pas un 5 etoiles.
La nourriture au buffet est catastrophique. Il n’y a pas d’équipement de séche cheveux, fer a repasser, peignoir ou encore chausson dans la chambre, ni de kit d’hygiène.
Malgré l’implication fu personnel , grand merci à Yasmine, Mohamed coté loisir , Ahmed El au petit dejeuner et au Mr qui gere le buffet le soir pour leur dévouement.
Neanmoins je pense que les directives de l’hotel sont à revoir.
Il serait bon d’apporter à vos équipes les moyens digne d’un 5 étoiles.

Posizione ottima, direttamente sul Nilo. Cena e colazione di buon livello.
Piscina antistante i bungalow in giardino molto carina e poco frequentata.

Cons:

Struttura datata con problemi vari (salterello del lavabo che si bloccava, rubinetto della vasca/doccia che si sfilava e cadeva, doccia nella vasca con accesso un po' complicato ).
