A truly special place! I considered postponing my next trip to stay in this resort longer. The hotel manager Muhammad was very very attentive and Ola was very helpful! The overall atmosphere and experience at this resort is not found everywhere.
Some small minor details I would change but nothing worth mentioning.
La camera aveva una vista stupenda e il letto era davvero comodo. Il ristorante orientale con vista sul Nilo al tramonto è stata un'esperienza impareggiabile. Il personale molto disponibile e sorridente. La piscina era davvero invitante e ben tenuta.
La vue sur le Nil, le personnel, la qualité de la nourriture, et le fait qu’à notre arrivée sans rien demandé nous avons eu une chambre surclassée

This was my first time staying at Steigenberger Achti Luxor, but I can honestly say it definitely won’t be my last.
The hotel itself is beautiful and truly wonderful, but what makes the experience even more special is the people. Every single member of the team, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Any request we had was handled quickly and with a genuine smile. Throughout our stay, we felt less like guests and more like we were being welcomed into a family.
I would especially like to give huge thanks to the Spa team, under the wonderful management of Mr. Ashraf, and to Ayat, the Spa Customer Service for her kindness and professionalism.
And a very special thank to the most amazing massage therapist in Luxor, Marwa! ❤️ I have a disc hernia and was suffering from quite a lot of back pain, so I was honestly a little worried about having a massage. Marwa was incredibly professional and knew exactly how to work with my back. The massage was absolutely amazing — she managed to relieve all the pain and tension, and I walked out feeling as if she had replaced all my painful parts with brand-new spare parts! 😂❤️
The hot marble slab was also wonderful. It relaxed my entire body and made the whole spa experience feel even more complete and luxurious.
The entire Spa team was lovely, warm, and smiling all the time. They really made me feel comfortable and cared for.
Special thanks as well to the hair salon team. The ladies there were so sweet, friendly, and professional, and I was very happy with their work. Special thanks to Haneen, Nagwa, and Arabsima. ❤️
The restaurant team were also incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to Kareem, who made sure we never needed anything — even if we had asked for laban el asfour “bird’s milk,” I’m sure he would have found a way to bring it to us! 😂❤️
And I cannot forget the Reception team. Every single person was professional, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the river view room for free. The experience was very good. Although the room is a little old, it is very clean.
Hotel parfait, personnel au Top, c'est difficile de faire mieux.
