Cons:

El check in, un poco lento, llegamos al medio día, nos recibieron el equipaje, informaron que se entregaba la habitación a las 3 pm, sin embargo cuando regresamos pasadas las 3pm la recepcionista apenas inició el proceso de ingreso, esto lo pudo haber hecho desde que llegamos y entregar la habitación cuando regresamos al hotel.

Rifugio confortevole e sicuro ma démodé a Usaquen

La posizione nella sicura Usaquen, la condotta rispetto a supermercati, ristoranti e negozi, li spazio della junior suite deluxe

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un po a desiderare per un hotel di questo tipo, effettuata piuttosto superficialmente nelle stanze. In in hotel di questo tipo dovrebbe essere iscontari un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Nonostante avessi prenotate una junior suite delux, mancavano elementi essenziali, quali bollitore per l’acqua, minibar, un bollitore (richiesto e non disponibile), un asciugacapelli, che ho dovuto chiedere un prestito e ho ricevuto solo quando disponibile. C’era una macchina per il caffè ma senza caffè. L’arredamento era démodé e sporchino, così come gli angoli della stanza. Colazione discreta, ma niente tè i caffè fresco (solo thermo), uova sempre e solo strapazzate e già preparate in precedenza, non sul momento. Tutto bene ma non per una boutique hotel. In bagno c’era la vasca ma inutilizzabile per farsi un bagno dal momento che il tappo non chiudeva
