Miya was awesome!!!!!

Miya made sure My family and I were satisfied and corrected any issues I had. Miya adjusted my room from the 4th to the bottom floor, as I have 2 Autistic grandson who needs to be on a lower level floor. Miya was understanding and switch our room immediately. #This is what customer service looks lile#

Pros:

Clean and good location with free breakfast.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work and the front desk staff was not very helpful or professional. One woman was talking on speaker phone the her husband while helping us.

Clean and new and half price of other places
Pros:

Would stay here again. Great value for the money. Half the cost of other hotels. Very clean and friendly staff. No restaurant inside but does have reading area with fireplace and game room and breakfast area. 24/7 coffee and tea bar. And an outdoor pool. 5 Star to me
