Place is ok but could be better

The room had a bad smell to it when I first walked in I told the cleaning lady’s and they gave me a can of air freshener and told me to keep the can and spray as much as I want as me then I didn’t noticed til I was getting ready to leave that there was what looked like blood on curtains and possibly on the sheets

Cons:

There's a kitchen in the room that did'nt have one spoon, plate or cup to make my own coffee in. There was no one at the desk when I arrived to check in, had to wait 10 miinutes. Self check-out in the morning. Gloomy vibe. Not worth even the low cost.

Cons:

Most of the staff were great. One lady was less than helpful. Asked for an extra pillow or two and she said they didn’t have any. I think she was just too lazy to get them. Landscapers wrecked the pool area on Saturday, and there was still crap floating on Sunday but it was usable. They did provide an extended checkout since we didn’t get to swim on Saturday.

This will be our new go to option for the next trip.
Pros:

Staff was very responsive. They are still recovering from having been used as a temporary housing for construction workers and others and the renovation is going well. They really care about each person who stays there. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and everything functional. I will stay there again because of the staff and the care they showed us.

Cons:

Looking forward to the renovation being complete!

Stayed safe and clean but was a very depressing place to spend time. Never again.

The staff were mixed as far as wanting to help or not..the last response I got was what put me off the most. Very rude. I had to put down a deposit of $100.00. when I checked out, I asked for an itemized receipt of everything. The staff said booking.com would give it to me. But I've never had this happen before..it's always come from the hotel. I have no receipt. No pay proof of anything for taxes, no reason to think I will get any deposit back, or charged, or whatever. When I asked about this recently I got a very cold response, as if I was irritating the staff for asking a question. I don't want to travel or stay anywhere , where by just asking a question, the staff appear to be irritated.

The room was cozy, and comforting.
Pros:

The stocked kitchen was i nice touch. And we enjoyed it.

Cons:

The only thing id say was the wall oulet was a little touchy on the right side facing the bed. Left if you are laying on the bed.

I liked the room space, access.

Cons:

The area prior to lobby was small and heavily scented which was awful. It's better not have any. Also charge for parking in Scottsdale area was disappointing.
